We love the staff here and the Family Thanksgiving was wonderful!! Our family loves Lakeview Rehab and all the staff. The activity director does an excellent job with the patients too!! Thank you Nexion!!

I very much appreciate all the assistance that Deidra has provided me before my mother was admitted and since. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her help. I had toured the facility with my mom initially and it felt so welcoming and a few residents greeted us warmly. I felt I would be happy to be there. My mother now has a community and activities to keep her active. Thank you to all that work to keep my mother happy and healthy!

I love seeing staff being attentive and caring! The turn over rate is not high here at this facility. As a staff member I love knowing this because it makes me feel great about my job. Seeing our staff trust our residents with care and dignity is amazing! ♥️

Lakeview Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility is one of the best overall nursing homes I have seen. I am a physical therapist and have been in several nursing in the East Texas area. This facility is small and intimate. The staff is friendly and compassionate. The administration listens to the residents and family members with an open mind. Amazing facility and impeccable staff. They are very interactive and loving to each resident or anyone that visits. They schedule numerous actives each month and visitors to interact with the residents, it’s amazing.❤️ My grandfather loves his home there and praises this facility each time we visit. I highly recommended this to be “HOME” for your loved ones!!

I just wanted to share my experience about lakeview facility I am a RN case manager and when I worked for a home health company I always used Lakeview Rehab to send my patients to because I knew they would be cared for. It was an easy transitions due to the social worker Dana Peeples. She is very knowledgeable about the insurance process and goes above and beyond for her patients.

I've never seen a facility that makes a resident feel so loved, safe and included in their facility. They are one big happy family. All staff will always chip in and help out when anything is needed. Wonderful place with excellent care.
