Dr. Wright and his assistant, Susan, not Cheryl, are the best team I could ever ask for. They are always polite, efficient, and courteous every time I go in for my knee injection appointments. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!

Today I had an appointment at Lakeside Orthopedic to see Dr. Heiner. At the front desk I was told they needed a copy of my insurance cards. I said I believe I'm already in your system. The young lady at the front desk told me that if I were in their system she wouldn't have asked me for my insurance cards. She then said she needed to make a copy of my driver's license. I said she could look at my driver's license for identification purposes, but I did not want her to make a copy of my driver's license. My reason, is that doctor offices are now the number one target of identity thieves due to the abundant information they get and the poor security of doctor's offices. She said unless she makes a copy of my driver's license, I cannot see the doctor and my appointment will be canceled. I said okay and left. My advice, find a doctor's office that isn't so snooty and cavalier with your personal information.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Michael Wright for about a year now for a back injury from work. On his last visit, Dr. Wright said, “ I have not been able to help anyone with your condition in the last 20 years.” My husband asked if massage therapy may help with the pain, and he said, “ I don’t believe in it, but if you want to get a back rub, you can pay for it!” He had my husband take an X-ray, so we waited for him to come in and look at it, but after about 20 minutes, he came in and just said, “I was done with you.” He never looked at the X-ray. Twice before he said he would prescribe medication and NEVER followed through. He also never followed through with a referral to a podiatrist. We have NEVER been seen by such an uncaring, un compassionate human being. Dr. Wright is UNPROFESSIONAL, SARCASTIC and DEMEANING. Most of all, he is not a doctor that has done anything to help.

I just went for post op follow up with Dr. Wright and the other reviewer was correct in saying he ia a pompous u know what demeaning, lacks compassion and doesn't want t to spend the time to pretend he even cares when I tried to ask questions he acted like I was stupid granted I never had surgery in my life was in tears by the time made it to check out. Dr. Wright 0 ☆ but Susan his nurse is kind and front desk as well...and if you hate your job that much that you can't treat your patients with dignity and respect. You probably need to find another line of work!!!

I would recommend Dr. ANDERSON. Very calming; patient personality. Very caring about his patients. Has respect for all his patients. I had a minor knee surgery and don't feel even a bit of pain like I imagined. Meaning he's very steady and a great surgeon. Thank you Dr. Anderson for being a phenomenal doctor. 👏

You can request an appointment and you will get a confirmation suggesting to come in, but no one will actually call you back for over three weeks or availability at all. This place is awful and there is a reason the reviews are so bad, stay away.

Have seen Dr Binder for shots to relieve my knee pain. Worked well for a time. Need surgery. Staff has always been efficient and courteous.

Lakeside evidently afraid to tackle a complete shoulder replacement and canceled any further appts after being told they would take my case.. I was being told to go outside of Lake Havasu anyway being the surgery is involved and probably above what Lakeside could handle.. Off to Kingman or Phoenix and not looking back
