Lakeshore Rehabilitation Facility

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. My mother was admitted after breaking her hip, and the care she received was far from acceptable. Despite her doctor's orders for pain medication two times a day, the nurses claimed she didn’t get medication. This caused her unnecessary pain and discomfort. To make matters worse, when she needed assistance, the staff often had a bad attitude, which made my mother feel even more uncomfortable. There were times when she had to rely on herself to get to the bathroom simply because the help wasn't there when she needed it. Overall, I would not recommend this place based on our experience. Care and compassion are essential in healthcare, and sadly, this facility fell short.

Think twice before going here. Much of the staff at this facility seems to be dismissive and neglectful of their patients. Please don't leave your elderly loved ones here. If you must take them here, make sure you have a highly visible presence and advocate for your loved one.

Great place dedicated to helping the injured recover and get back to a normal life.
