I only had acupuncture, so I can only speak to that. Lake Tahoe Wellness Center is a safe space to heal. I felt it the moment I stepped onto their property. Then I met Mark and he only confirmed that feeling with his grounded energy and zen demeanor. I had never received acupuncture before, and Mark did a great job making me feel relaxed in the space. I appreciate Mark’s open mindedness bc that’s how I feel problems get solved. He is in no way, afraid to think outside the box.

Lily is a Master at her craft. I will not let anyone adjust me but her. She has helped me through some pretty major body issues. She is a wealth of knowledge, and truly understands how the body works.

I love this spot! Always have! Been going to Dr Lily for nearly a decade now! She gets me and my body and the fact I like to break myself doing all the fun stuff! She knows exactly what to adjust and doesn’t pressure me to come in more than I need for my body! Mark is a marvelous acupuncturist and they have a great naturopath as well! Check it out for any of your needs!
