Lake Houston Physical Therapy

It impressed me how quickly I got call backs when I left voicemails the first 2 times I called. Very professional, pleasant, and considerate as well. I really appreciated how well Mrs. Batina answered my front desk quesions, even let me stand and lean on the desk instead of sit because I felt more comfortable that way. I also thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Emily, she was very attune to my needs, and we had a fantastic time. I'm genuinely looking forward to my next appointment.

I can trust the knowledge, care, and professionalism of the physical therapists and have recommended them to others. Each visit I come in pain; however, once the therapists ask about my pain (level, location, what I have been doing that may have affected it), they prescribe a series of movements and carefully walk me through them while observing and adjusting any improper angle or stance. At times, the movements/visuals/sequence are printed for me to take home. Then, before I leave, they generally caution me to practice proper form while doing the movements. I am addressed by name, and helping to relieve my pain is their goal.

This is an excellent place to come for post surgery recovery. I truly recieved great care for my total knee replacement. They were very accommodating to me. I love Taylor and thought she was AWESOME with guiding me back to full strength. I definitely would recommend this as a place to recieve Physical Therapy from.

Very friendly environment and the staff had excellent manners. And you could sense the love and care they will give you. It was my first time.

Everyone is very personable and makes you feel welcomed. They get to know their patients. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Emily is very attentive gentle and kind. I love the atmosphere there . They are very hands on and genuine.

It's nice walking inside the front office and receiving the warmest smile and hello from Patina at the front desk. She also gave me a much needed laugh when she did an unexpected disco dance across the room. My PT J (who has a contagious smile) as well as Dr Andrews has shown me so many beneficial ways to do exercises to heal as well as do going forward. I never knew Physical Therapist's knew so much about the body. The clinic is kept clean with plenty of room to spread out. All of the beds, pillowcases, mats and equipment are continuously , wiped down and cleaned They make it fun being there. Make sure you listen to your Physical Therapist J and Dr Andrews and don't forget to listen to Patina at the front desk, Lake Houston physical therapy and you will feel so much better!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with my treatment plan.
