I don't like going to doctors, but this place makes you feel important. They listen to what you have to say. And don't try to push a lot of unnecessary test on you. Very happy 😊

Kind of depends on which department were talking about the medical and mental health departments are great but dental can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes

The pharmacy won’t call me back after a week of trying to get my important prescription filled. I’ve been a patient here for years and the service is very low quality but this incident is absolutely ridiculous as I’ve been calling for almost a week leaving voicemails with no response and no filling of my prescription. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone or has my prescription ready even when I do get through to make a phone call before showing up. This establishment needs to work on its customer service and answer the phone because this is important health service that they are ignoring.

They know what they are doing. Helped me many times throughout the years. Very friendly staff from medical, dental, and pharmacy sections! Would recommend to anybody looking

They don't pay their doctor's they fly in. Weeks an weeks no pay. It's fraud.

They fired Greg Hadfield who masqueraded as a Physician and cancelled all of my prescriptions. They then threatened me in multiple ways. Not a safe place for anyone but specific native american nations. Lake County is the most racially divided place I have ever been.

When a new patient is wanting to discuss health issue's with the Dr you've been waiting over a month to see has to leave with no next appointment no answers for treatment Called to see if I could get back in asap and receptionist tried to give me an appointment a month off . Then hung up on me .! Sealed it.

Tribal Health provides much needed medical services for Native Americans as well as general public here in Lake County. They make improvements regularly and are very professional. Much Kudos!!
