Aneesh has been a huge blessing to my wife and I. I went to him with severe pain and explained where the pain was generating from. He treated my body, muscles and joints so effectively that my pain disappeared and I am able to once again walk nicely and play golf. He is a highly knowledgeable physical therapist with excellent technical expertise. My wife was suffering from shoulder pain, specifically a frozen joint and tissue tear. The doctors suggested surgery, then we went to him. He treated her shoulder pain with excellent physical therapy skills and she has recovered well, without surgery. Overall, Asheesh and his team put 100% effort in helping my wife and I achieve our pain improvement goals. His helpful staff and personnel are wonderful and highly skilled. We feel blessed to have had him as our physical therapist.

I had a great experience with Lake Center for Rehab at Spanish Plaines in the Villages, Florida. The clinic director, Aneesh Mampachail, is an amazing PT doctor and leader, who manages the clinic with a group of excellent professional physical therapists. I was sent to the clinic by my primary care doctor to treat my severe shoulder and knee pains and also strengthening my leg muscles in the beginning of July in 2024. At the end of July, I had a bad fall and broke my front teeth crowns and had to get implants/crown bridge for my six front teeth! After the accident, my doctor requested the extension to my therapy sessions for the balance training. It turned out that Aneesh is the vestibular dysfunction specialist at the clinic and he diagnosed my problem and treated my condition and developed the treatment procedure for me. Under Aneesh’s supervision, my vertigo condition improved promptly!! Aneesh also identified all of my other structural/muscle issues that I had for all of my life. He showed me techniques and exercise routine to correct those problems. Aneesh is also certified in the field of nutrition and he shared lots of information with me. It was truly amazing to find a doctor who is so well versed in the medicine, physical therapy, nutrition and preventive health care!! I know I have to continue with the exercise routine to maintain the improvement that I gained during these months of the PT sessions. But now, I feel more optimistic than ever about my health! I am so appreciative to Aneesh and his team for a great experience I had at the clinic!!

EVERY BODY DESERVES THIS LEVEL OF CARE!!! Spanish Plains, Lake Centre for Rehab has changed my life! Aneesh, the director of the clinic is truly a sculptor of the human body. His patients are like clay under his direction. Not only has my injured ankle, and neck issue been resolved, my ENTIRE BODY has been re-formed, re-aligned. In my opinion my posture looks more like that of a healthy, young athlete than a 66 year old woman! When I started rehab, I had no idea how twisted and poor my alignment was. No wonder I was injured. Now I have beautiful posture at age 66 (yay!!), I don’t walk like a duck anymore, and I feel much more confident heading into the future with strength and agility thanks to Aneesh and his team. As I was being discharged, I was told my eye sight would likely improve because of my new head/neck alignment. He was right! I had just been to the eye doctor and my vision had improved to 20/20. All I can say is WOW! I have been to many PT’s over my years and never experienced any where near this level of care. Frankly, this place is unique. We are so fortunate to have the opportunity Lake Centre offers to help us heal the way we all deserve to be healed. It took about 2.5 months for this miraculous transformation to take place - worth every second. I also sent my husband and son, who was in town for a visit! The PT’s are fabulous and so is the admin staff! Gabby and Chandelier were kind and helpful and make the experience smooth and worry-free. I will miss seeing them all. I feel so grateful to have a body that feels like I can do anything and I look sooo much better. Thank you Spanish Plains LAKE CENTRE FOR REHAB!

Ann Fender, not Roy, received treatment. Filipina was therapist for all but one of my sessions. Both she and Janis paid much attention to me and my particular situation. I perceived that they listened and adjusted care to me as an individual while addressing the medical concerns that sent me to PT. It was excellent experience - now I have to follow through with quite do-able home routine to maintain the progress we achieved together.

Lake Center for Rehab is an exceptional rehab for any part of your body. Thank you Lynne and Alysa for your help in my therapy. The receptionist to the the pt staff are compassionate professionals helping you achieve the healing you need without making it a hard thing. You will be glad you went! Because we all truly want to move on and enjoy our lives!

These are some of the best therapists I've ever encountered. They know exactly how to rehabilitate for quick and effective results. I highly recommend them to anyone in need, especially for difficult problems.

A year ago, my husband and I moved to Florida. Immediately I begin having vertigo issues after many months of going to the doctor and three emergency room visits, she decided to send me to Lake Centre for Rehab. It was here that I met Aneesh. He knew right off the get-go that I had a bad case of the vertigo. He worked with me several times we just couldn’t seem to get the crystals to stick and then he realized I had a crystal in each ear. After more trips to see him, all of a sudden the crystals were gone, it was the happiest day of my life. The vertigo had left me with a severe balance issue and posture issue, which he began to treat me for. Also, I have now been released from Lake Center rehab and would like to recommend anyone that has anything to do with vertigo. Don’t waste your time going anywhere but Physical Therapy, I promise you, you will not regret it. I am forever grateful for all Aneesh did for me and thankful for the staff also! This was one of the most crippling things I have ever gone through. You just have no life when you have vertigo and I’m thankful now to have mine back.I consider Aneesh a Friend and will never forget all the great advice he gave me.

With a 47 year career in distance running I have nursed numerous and various injuries requiring physical therapy and other treatments. Lake Center for Rehab, lead by Aneesh Mampachaul is, far away, THE BEST PT organization I have ever experienced.
