Horrible place. My mom was there for 2 days. ALEXIS the tall blk nurse is the worse and she literally doesn’t care. My mothers sugar levels were 550. That high can put you into a diabetic coma. Will file a complaint against her license and the facility. Their staff is not a medical staff. Avoid at all costs. Not worth it.

When I arrived, I was met by Susana and Ah-oh so friendly and kind and compassionate because I was in a lot of pain because I have a broken patella/kneecap., and then I met Maggie and Florenia. All of these special ladies have just attended to my every request and need, immediately. I cannot praise them enough because this is a wonderful facility. It may not be a brand new facility, but the people here are wonderful and I just wanted to go to a place where people would take good care of me because I have been in tremendous pain since Friday.

Ms. Robyn Caleb is a very respectful, kind, and caring person. She took great care of me during the rehab and always spoke to me with respect. I am very happy and satisfied with her. Her presence made me feel calm and at peace. I am very grateful for all that she did for me.

This review is specifically for the lovely CNA Maggie Monive. She took wonderful care of my mom during her 3 week stay due to hip surgery. She was always ready and available to help her when she needed it and show her that she was not alone. She has a positive and kind hearted attitude that comforts her patients. She puts her heart into her work with her patients and it makes all the difference in an otherwise unpleasant situation. Thank you to her!

This place needs to be reported (which I have) with the CA Dept of Public Health, Social Services, County Public Health, Association of SNF, Kaiser Irvine (who still refers folks here). This place was ABSOLUTELY terrifying. The filth, deplorable conditions, unsanitary bathrooms, broken equipment, cockroaches (YES), health violations too far to mention. The minute I found out my dad was sent here I IMMEDIATELY came to get him. The place makes prison look like a Ritz Carlton. My heart breaks for the folks who have no help and no one to advocate for them.

To start rating one star is too high. I want to put a zero but it is not possible! I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I called this facility to get information and got the runaround by a staff member by the name of Mana. Got transferred and again got the runaround when I asked this staff member for her name she hung up on me!!! Called back again spoke mana and runaround to even speak to a manager or supervisor!!! When I did speak to the supervisor Cindy still did not get any help!!! Check on your loved ones please!!!! P.S the ratings speak for themselves in this case

Maggie Munive was really amazing. Very helpful, attentive, fun personality, and great sense of humor. She was even very attentive when she had many patients to attend to.

My mom has been staying here since 2019. The Google ratings were great at that time. Of course, after COVID a lot has changed, everywhere. I read a lot of awful reviews here, so I recently asked her if she is so dissatisfied. She actually responded that she likes it in here. For sure, there are many things that could be improved, such as understaffing, lack of adequate service at nights and on weekends but overall, we think that they deserve some recognition. Health care in the US is almost the same everywhere. Nurses and CNAs not changing their gloves as often, although the most condoned of all, is happening even in the most respected hospitals. A shortage of nurses has been going on for many years, if not decades. I think LHHR is kept clean, the food is not the best all the time but my mom gets the necessary nutrients. Above all, she likes being here… Thank you everyone at LHHR for doing your best!
