Dr. MacAdam is amazing. As someone who struggles with migraines, I am so happy I found Ladera Family Chiropractic about 10 years ago. I always feel like I am getting excellent and thorough care, and I truly feel Dr. MacAdam is one of the best and most knowledgeable chiropractors around.

I appreciate how Dr. Macadam truly listens to understand your personal situation and then applies the best treatment for the individual. He focuses on a well rounded treatment plan & provides effective stretching techniques in addition to his chiropractic treatments.

Every time I come in for my appointment I am immediately greeted by Michelle at the front desk and sent directly to one of the treatment rooms. They are always on time and provide a great experience that is positively impacting my health and wellness.

Dr. McAdam is very knowledgeable. He take his time to know and learn his patient's situation. Always prompt. I just walk in and out within 15 minutes. Lauren, the office assistant is also very nice and accommodating.

I have gone to Ryan and Melina for massages and both are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their massage plans are very reasonable.

I haven’t been to a chiropractor in several years but recently found myself with a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back. I was also having pain in my knee causing me to walk with a limp when I first came in to see Dr. Mac. On my first exam Dr. Mac diagnosed what was happening with my knee immediately and was right on target and that issue was resolved very quickly and I no longer have pain in my knee and no more limping. I’ve only been seeing him for treatments a short time and am gradually seeing good results in my neck and back. Dr. Mac is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and leaves me feeling increasingly more confident in his care with each visit. He and his lovely receptionist Lorraine are great at seeing that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in every way. It has been nothing short of a positive 5 star experience.

I visited Dr. Mac’s office yesterday for a massage and an adjustment and it was amazing! The receptionist is very friendly and hospitable, I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. The masseuse did a great job! She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Mac is great! He’s easy to talk to and always wants to help his patients get better. I had an injury a decade ago and he helped me heal and recover from that and I’ve never had an issue since! So grateful for his amazing team! Thank you Dr. Mac!

Very grateful for Dr. Mac and Lorraine at the front desk. They are always able to accommodate my typically last minute requests to come in. I first started coming here when pregnant with a tweaked back and in severe pain - unable to stand straight or carry my toddler. Dr Mac has a gentle approach that is effective and efficient and I’ve now been coming here for over 2 years, through 2 pregnancies. Highly recommend!
