Mom passed away. We where not called in to be by her bedside. They could have! Someone took her gold ring right off her finger after she passed. It was one her the week before. She would never had let someone take it. Her blankets, even if her name was on them where all stolen or given to other people. It was up to me to donate what I wanted to give away. They wouldn’t go over the list of her things with me. Only outside in 107 weather. When my sister and I got what they call her stuff, over half belonged to other people with their names on it, things of a lady mom roomed with that passed 5 months earlier. What in the world. Did the staff take good care of mom for what they have to work with, I would say yes. The RNs are over worked. It is clean. Just a poor place. Moms bed was broken and sideways. I would not trust to have your loved one have anything nice there because it is stolen!! The workers take everything! So sad!! I would never want to be put there and not be able to have my cell, tablet, blankets, they would all be gone. What life would they have? Mom could see the small TV up high on the wall, she got to see a wall the was needing paint to much. See what else is out there. If you do go there, make sure you have alll the siblings listed and all equal to be a part of your loved one.

Not all but most of the staff in this center have been pretty incompetent, and with sad attitudes working in this care facility. If you have a loved one in this facility please make regular visits to visit and stay for awhile. Alot of common sense for humanity is lost and it's sad. GOD BE with them and help them to be more GODLY like and less themselves when they are caring for other people. I just did I talk to gapreet and well AGAIN there is misunderstanding miscommunication a MISS EVERY SING TIME with these people I stressed to her that it seems they have no common sense with the communication we relay to.them her response...she apologizes and she understood I guess that snacks alone were enough for dad 🤬😣 I was not rude

Heartless non caring cna nurses, if you have someone there that you care for take them out, i use to give them the benefit of the doubt now I know convalescent homes are no good especially this one, Anyone that has worked caring for the elderly in this place should not be hired anywhere else!! This place should be shut down or dismiss anyone that has been taking care of the elderly here. Please do not put your love one in this place, I beg you 😭😭😭

My grandmother has stayed here twice. I can't stand this place & i have no idea how they are still in business. The first time, a few years ago & the care wasnt great but also not horrible. I felt like she was treated as a number rather than a human. The 2nd stay was through respit care to give myself a break for a few days & go on vacation with my kids. Well, the first afternoon she was there, it was reported that she kept getting out of bed. I sent an alarm to be used, but it wasn't being used. The next morning I received a phone call saying that my grandma had rolled out of bed & was found in the middle of the night on her floor. She was in pain, but they said there were no major injuries. She already wears a neck brace due to multiple neck fractures from falling out of bed months ago. They told me they were ordering a floor alarm for her. I demanded that she be put in a chair with an alarm & be constantly visible until the new alarms were in place. That did not happen. Also, they did not give her the nightly sleeping pill that she is used to having. Then i found out that she was only being given drinks at meal times. She has had kidney surgery & has chronic kidney disease. She needs to stay hydrated.I stressed that she needs fluids. Nothing changed. I said to put her in the common room & not leave her in bed all day. That didn't happen. One excuse was that they didn't have a wheel chair or walker for her. Then on Day 4 they taped off a wall in her room that was being painted. My grandma & another lady were left to lay in their beds while the paint fumes filled their room. My grandmother is mute & cannot walk without assistance. The day after she came home, we found major bruising on my grandma. Her left side has a bruise on her eye, elbow, hand & a huge bruise on her rib area.

I received good care. One nurse named Pat got me through a couple days when I was really sick. There were many activities and the food was good for a hospital.
