Every season l have to call several times to get the prescriptions to Walmart The receptionist thinks she needs to lecture me about it, instead of just saying she will give the Dr the message. This place seems to not care much about the patient. I guess they don't need to care

Keep your family safe the girls MA's are great. I've been with them 7 months and yet another Doctor or NP that FOUR they got meds all screwed up. I truly believe this is a dangerous place for family care make the drive and get good care. This town is small people talk and that doctor that is charge Galkner is his name!! Not one person likes him. NOT one. So many good people going threw there and yet the common problem must be the Doctor because he is still here. Just beware don't want you or your family screwed up like they did to my mom!! Bad bad stay far away! Once again they screw up front office girls. Rude I over heard them say whiners. All I use them for are my med refills they even screw that up. . They screwed up my appointment time. I got upset about and was telling her not rude id stay stern then the one with the POT leaf tattoo on her neck jumped in telling me everybody's life is hard right now. The medical assistants are awesome feel bad they half to work in that mess. They once again ask me if I'm still taking a couple meds. I said no I never taken those meds. Hmmm. Lil worry some since it has happen several times!!

Saw Nurse Practitioner Lance for the first time and he was so friendly, caring, attentive to each of my needs and concerns. Thank you NP Lance for an awesome experience!!

First, receptionist is very slow, behind infact on getting patients registered. Second she shouldn't be texting while suppose to be inputting people's information! Very unsettling and unprofessional!

If I could give a zero that’s what he would get. All he does is type away on his laptop. Has zero bedside manner. Very rude and no compassion whatsoever. If you’re overweight, don’t go there. He won’t listen to you, he’ll just tell you to eat less of the already small amount you eat. Very judgemental and loves to sneer at people. He totally missed my husband’s diagnosis in which he ended up in the hospital for 3 days. And the receptionist staff is another story. Never answer the phones or return calls. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

This is a review of DR Gochnour, I have read a few of the reviews and I don't know what doctor they are talking about. I also agree with the frustration of the reviewer. The doctor really doesn't talk to you but he tries and answers all my questions, I need to ask the right questions. You have to be specific and make sure that he understands and answers your questions. Basically he works off his computer, but this makes it better because he is looking up the information. He looks up things tries to answer your questions, Really doesn't seem to have very good communications skill but be sure to ask the right things, he is not a mind reader. I get the care that I need but not like the care we used to get in years past, insurance companies and restrictions have changed our health care workers time with us. Maybe people expect too much, and "the times the are a changing." Really he is a doctor. Don't expect your past experience with loving caring doctors here because they don't have time to be nurturing like when our doctors spent hours with us. But you will get care if you know how to ask the right questions and be patient. Don't go in with a laundry list of questions ask two or three. Remember YOU could be part of the problem going in with an certain attitude and expecting more than is possible.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this Dr. since we came here. Every visit there’s been an issue. The only redeeming quality are the staff up front. Christina, Rachael the rest of the receptionist staff and all the nurses were all very accommodating

Really it's a zero. Came in with chest pain, difficulty breathing, concerned it was a heart attack. The receptionist was laying across her chair with a big plate of nasty food in front of her. Said if I'm a new patient, one week wait to see anybody. I was told to drive myself to parker (30 mins away) it felt like she could not of cared less if I fell down and died right in front of her. Other patients seemed unhappy also. No masks, had to ask for one. Seemed like an inconvenience that all these sick people were interrupting her snack time. If your really sick, do not go there. Go anywhere but there. If that was a representation of the office, doctors, service go to another place.
