La Palma Physical Therapy

DO NOT GO HERE!! You will regret it. I just got off the phone with Katie who does the billing for this facility and was once again dissappointed with the level or professionalism in this office. My physical therapist was amazing, but even she shared that she doesn't ever get paid on time. The therapy service you receive may be great, but the billing issues will leave you regretting it. Save yourself the headache. Billing person is never availabe, even my insurance company has tried for 3 weeks to talk to someone. So sad to see a business run so badly and Katie who lacks the professionalism to be anywhere near an office.

Go to PT as soon as you have an issue. Don’t wait otherwise you may need surgery if it’s too late! My experience was professional and thorough! Highly recommend .
