They told me they could see me for my abdominal pain. I waited over an hour, finally was seen for the doctor to tell me there was nothing she could do for my abdominal pain and I should go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

I refuse to be seen here as I see it as a joke of a healthcare facility. However, I have had the unfortunate experience of being on the business side of things with Valleywide as a practitioner myself. They only care about money, not patient care, or the community as a whole. Also, there is little to no communication amongst the staff so you get conflicting stories and most of the people I have spoken to (primarily in the Alamosa offices) are very rude. On the urgent care side of things ... just save yourself the trouble and don't. There's a strong chance they'll just call 911 for you to be taken to the hospital anyway. It's seriously a joke.

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any form of healthcare, I made an appointment a MONTH ago for today and after getting off of work at two in the morning I show up and I’m told they had to change my appointment because the doctor got caught up with a meeting. So after waiting 2 1/2 hours I go back for my appointment and sit for another 35 minutes before I’m seen by the medical assistant, they after another 30 minutes of pre-screen questions, I’m told they lost all my previous paperwork from my previous visit and had to fill it out again. No respect for my time, means no respect for me as a patient, I left. Just to recap, I’m told to show up 30 minutes early and wait an hour and still not be seen by a provider. Do better, or just don’t do it at all.

Absolutely a freaking joke of a clinic. None of the people I was in contact with both times I’ve been in for bloodwork were very friendly or helpful. I have standing orders from my doctor to get bloodwork every four weeks for nicotine labs and I’ve had to print out the order from my doctor each time otherwise they said they can’t and won’t do it even though it’s a standing order in the LabCorp system. The worst part is the LabCorp lady that does the bloodwork has a major attitude and says she is independent contractor so there are different stories from her and doctors. I’m not impressed at all with the clinic or LabCorp!! I don’t recommend them for anything but because I live in a small town there are no other options.

Dr. was a no show without any notice to me. Drove over 30min just to have to go back home. Think I dodged a bullet with this considering the other reviews on here.

If I could give -1 star I would horrible was on hold/8th in line for 30 minutes waiting for front desk to answer and when I couldn't get anywhere went 20 miles out of my way to see if anyone could see my son as a emergency for a new psycial to be done for emergency surgery was told no one could see him because he wasn't "sick"

I need blood work done for a CAT scan in few days and I can't seem to get ANYONE on the phone and when I did, I was told to call back and choose line 6. I do that and it just rings and rings and now I am suddenly 8th in line... I have ONE question and have been on hold for 11:26 at this moment... just rings and rings and back in line I go... Apparently nobody in the clinic ever answers the phone so, I am in a cycle of rings, back in line, rings, now 9th in line...

Dr.panter is the WORST Ob there, this is my second pregnancy and I made my initial Ob appointment where they are supposed to do blood work and a ultrasound AT the clinic and she is giving me the run around!! Made me sit at my appointment for a whole hour for her to come in for MAYBE 5 minutes DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This is not my first bad encounter with her either. My first pregnancy I got in a fender bender and had nothing wrong with me and she implied I would be a bad parent for not going to get checked. I do not recommend Dr. Panter at all!!
