I had a major ankle sprain about a year and a half ago. I had done rehab in the past on my ankle but as a professional surfer/athlete I noticed my ankle was limiting my performance. So I decided to see Dr. Shah. He did an excellent job getting rid of extra scar tissue build up providing further range of motion in my ankle. He also provided some chiropractic work on the back, through the spine, and neck. The combination of treatments he did improved my performance level as a surfer/athlete both physically and mentally.
