La Clinica Oakley

This was my first time here (transferred from the Concord Clinica) the staff was amazing! Made sure my children were comfortable. Dr. Williams is AMAZING! My children loved him this is the first time I seen them comfortable in a doctors office. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible. This office turned me away 2 years ago stating they couldn't be my pcp during my pregnancy with a chronic illness. They were not providing ANY maternal or chronic illness treatment. Solely pcp. They called today to try to schedule me an appointment saying they are my assigned pcp? I had to ask them to update their books and the receptionist was extremely short tempered. Im glad I chose to go elsewhere with that type of attention to patient details.

Doesn’t answer the phone. Front desk claims they try to fix the phone issue, but this establishment seems to have a reputation for this. Also, whoever is in charge of setting up registration gives incorrect information on where to take a TB test—they told me to go to the county office.

Dr Houghman... Talk about compassion and proffessionalism. She is thorough and considerate and follows up better than any doctor ive ever had. She takes her time and you never feel like she just "rushed you away". And as far as treatment and medications....she gives you options and EXPLAINS exactly what the treatment or meds do. I strongly prefer a high experienced doctor over someone who just left med school. With Dr. Houghman, you will leave feeling CARED for. Best part.

I have been threw ( to ) many Doctors in my life and i can honestly say that Dr Joan Hoffman has been by far the best , she doesnt just spend 10 min and your gone with no explanation ...She actually takes the time to explain all and is VERY thuro , I truely believe she will be the answers to my prayers ......

The dr.William's and his friend Np.Symon had made the experience amazing and a laugh out loud. I recomend this clinica to anyone and especially point out that they should get this doctors. Absolutely incredible!!:):):)

When checking in you have no privacy. Need to hire more diverse people. The Doctors are great.

This place is terrible 3 hours to get a simple shot by appointment. We were the first ones in None of the staff is here yet. Your time is not important here
