I highly recommend, I was so amazed by our appointments that I sent my whole family to see her, and the ones that have gone to see her are just as impressed! She was able to pin point things that she wasn’t even told about not to mention the changes that have been noticed since the appointments! I personally suffer from quite a few different things, if you are dealing with long covid, POTS, nervous system deregulation, immune system issues or more do yourself a favor and book an appointment :)

I had been in pain for three years. Low back, left hip and groin. My quality of life was terrible. Couldn’t take yoga, could barely walk. Saw doctors, chiropractors, had X-rays, drug therapy, massage, stretch therapy, and pt several times. Kept getting worse and my body was weakening badly due to lack of exercise. I was very depressed. Then a couple of months ago I met Jen. I’ve seen her four times. Her work with me has been transformative. Her somatic approach to pt has been my lifeline. After four visits I have almost no pain (after three years of nearly constant pain). So subtle and calming yet so incredibly forceful. Realigning your central nervous system. Releasing toxins and allowing your body to heal. Jen follows your body’s instruction. She’s so intuitive. Lucky for me I met Jen as I was pursuing conventional medicine. Had an MRI, and hip replacement was recommended. I do not believe that surgery will be necessary as my pain is down to almost zero. I cannot express how grateful I am for her presence in my healing journey. I have hope and belief that I will continue to get better and stronger. I have not had that for a long time. Additionally, Jen is such a good person… genuine, caring, gentle, encouraging. An intuitive medicine woman. I recommend her healing hands and spirit with my whole grateful heart.

In 2016, I felt the first painful sensation that would lead to years of unexplainable chronic pain. I saw several doctors and specialists, was tested for all the things and had imaging done including MRIs; nothing was physically wrong with me. I went to a variety of people for help including physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors...nothing worked. Being in pain became a part of my identity. I started treatment with Jen in May of 2023, and I'm ecstatic to say that I'm no longer a person in pain. Jen's methods and understanding of the ENTIRE body as a system (including/especially the emotions) have been the ONLY things that have worked to get my body out of pain. If you are in pain, and especially if you don't know why, go see Jen.

After just 2 sessions, I am already noticing a significant improvement! Before Jen started treating me, I fully expected I would need back surgery. I am now confident that won't be necessary. Jen is very good at explaining her approach to treatment and each step involved. She is clearly very passionate about helping people and her enthusiasm shows in her work. Instead of cranking through visits every 15 minutes, Jen blocks out plenty of time with no distractions to thoroughly address each patient's needs. I look forward to my appointments with Jen because I know I will feel so much better after each visit! Thank you for being amazing! -Dave.

Jen is one of my favorite human beings. The space itself is so inviting, calming, and loving. When I have a session with Jen, I feel genuinely heard and seen. She has been able to help me with a multitude of issues ranging from emotional to physical. I’ve been able to get my energy flowing and process some trapped emotions. I always leave feeling better usually more relaxed and like I can breathe. Thank you Jen for all you do!

I have been a patient of Jen's since 2012. Jen has helped me recover and heal from shoulder surgery, hip and knee pain, and now hand and foot pain. Jen's passion for mind and body wellness has made her the most dedicated, thoughtful and skilled physical therapist that I know. Her enthusiasm to listen, learn and commit herself to my healing is comforting, rare and why I continue to see her. Thank you Jen for helping me feel better inside and out to enjoy my life more.

Jen is an incredibly gifted healer. In only 3 sessions to date, she has greatly increased my mobility and eliminated my pain from a myriad of issues from sciatica to TMJ. As so many others have stated, she listens to you with intention, and focuses all of her energy solely on you. Her medical knowledge and skill level are so vast, I don't think there's anything she cannot cure. Working with Jen has been a breath of fresh air, especially as compared to the western medicine environment. There is kindness and gentleness in her soul, and when you leave a session, you feel uplifted, hopeful, and physically and emotionally better than when you came in! Jen is a true talent and gift to the holistic community. I look forward to continuing my PT journey with her, as I know her commitment to my health and wellness has a profound effect on my healing. Thank you Jen!

Jen helped me heal in a way no other physical therapist has. She helped me recover from pain that I struggled with for over 5 years. She is incredibly gifted and knowledgeable and I feel amazing after every appointment. I recommend Jen for most physical therapy cases, especially if you have been struggling and feel lost. I have recommended Jen to family and friends and I recommend her to YOU!
