Their lack of answering phones is extremely frustrating, however, I feel like it has improved. The nurses are fantastic, very compassionate and take time to address concerns. I've been seeing Mindy for about a year and she's been fantastic

I've tried multiple times to make appointments with no luck. No one answers the phone and when you are able to leave a message no one calls you back . Looking at the reviews I see this has been a ongoing issue. Other then the phones I've never had a problem .with this clinic.

They DO Not answer the phone and you can't leave a message as the call gets dropped. Several people have experienced this. How can a medical facility not have someone answering phone calls? How do you make an appointment?? My husband was hospitalized and needs to see his primary physician. I plan to speak to a patient advocate regarding this. Very bad unprofessional practice.

They do not answer the phone. I'm trying to get my meds straightened out because changed them in May I got one prescription fill right. The next prescription was wrong it was the old prescription so somebody change it in my chart or someone didn't feel like looking enough to get to the right meds. And now I can't get them to answer the phone so it can be fixed.

They never answer there phones somebody can call them till the cows come home and they never answer they need to get somebody in there who will do there job and answer the phone. Then they want you to wait another week or 2 to get in after you try to call them for a week long such a shame

Doctor Reckcamp was a great doctor a year ago. But now he has changed and he has changed our appointment over three times. He is now rude to us. I'm very upset with him and his placement of things. I would not recommend coming here no more.

Dr. Reckamp is great but the clinic never answers their phone... very dissappointing considering it's a medical facility.

They still do not answer there phones and when they say they’ll give you a call back they don’t.
