Wish I could give it negative stars went there to do pre employment drug screen. Waited 1 and a half hrs to be seen. Said they were understaffed not my problem making a person wait that long for a pissed test is just not very good business

Clean waiting room. The staff are happy to help you. Coffee and water if you want it. Hardly any wait time but it's a lab so you will sit a bit but not long. I like it!

I always come to KRMC for tests. The staff is friendly and try to work quickly to get everyone seen. I have had many great experiences here. Mornings and Fridays you might have a wait but that is to be expected.

Waited over 30 min for tb test and there was not one single other person in the place........REALLY!!!! What horrible service- or lack there of- i guess they know we don't have a choice so they just don't care.

Over an hour and a half for a drug test. The receptionist is very rude.
