Kristin McConnell, OTD, OTR/L

We love Dr Kristin!! She is so knowledgeable and intuitive with my son, and he LOVES going to see her. My favorite part is the parent coaching. My son loves an hour of one on one OT, filling all his sensory needs. But the real value is learning from Kristin how to navigate the every day challenges that come up with siblings, school, and learning how to effectively parent him. Knowing how to give him the sensory input he needs while at home has made a world of difference!

Kristin has truly been a Godsend to our family. She was instrumental in helping our infant learn to sit and crawl and provided so many resources to help him meet his gross and fine motor goals. My 5 year old also started seeing her and loves and looks forward to his visits with her. He has gained so much confidence. Our son is homeschooled and Kristin has partnered with us in giving curriculum suggestions and activities and has truly been a huge part of why our first year of homeschooling has been so successful and enjoyable. I love how she sees my boys as their strengths and we couldn’t recommend her more!

My six year old worked with Kristin at Radical Wellness and I was very impressed by our experience. Kristin was thoughtful in her approach to integrate her conversations and teaching objectives with "play," which was very effective for my son. My son repeatedly asks me when he "gets to go back" to OT because it was so fun! Kristin even showed us some exercises we could do at home and I continue to do them daily. The space is unique to other OT practices I've been to in that they schedule one child/session at a time, so there were no other kids present to distract my son. This was another positive for our situation.

I connected with Kristin last year and she has taught me so much about nervous system regulation. I didn't even realize it was a thing before. If you are looking for help with nervous system regulation, with a chronic health condition or occupational therapy help, I highly recommend.

Kristin is warm, wise, and kind. Working with her gave me hope and confidence to improve my condition. She listened to my concerns and gave me tools with which I could support myself long past my time in her care.

Kristin is very thoughtful, capable and caring. My teenage daughter absolutely loves her and is showing progress. What else can I say?

Kristen is extremely knowledgeable but her personality makes it so wonderful to work with her. I highly recommend.
