KORT Physical Therapy - New Albany

Erin was my therapist and she was great! Very caring!Always on time which is a big plus in my books! Everyone I encountered was nice!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Mark Truman is very caring and attentive. He works with you to make sure you are doing exercises safely and not overdoing it.

Therapy was good but business practices completely lack integrity. Checked with them multiple times and Kort said the accepted my insurance, but received almost a $4,000.00 bill from them after 8 visits stating that Kort did not accept my insurance. They offered a “settlement” but it was nowhere near what I would have paid as an insurance co-pay. I’m paying them for their insurance acceptance mistake. Shame on Kort Physical Therapy and their lack of integrity. Therapist and front desk staff were a pleasure to work with and very helpful.

Mark Truman, PT, is an outstanding, patient and knowledgeable physical therapist. He takes the time to learn what is at the root of your pain and is resolved to create a program that produces results. I am very happy with the progress I’ve made, and look forward to improving my mobility. In addition to Mark the entire staff has been friendly and helpful. Anyone looking for a PT look no further then KORT.

From the start, warm friendly greeting. Therapist was attentive to my care and needs. She was fantastic in stopping pain I had for over 8 months. I am so glad that I chose Kort to do my physical therapy. My Therapist, Steve, is amazing to work with. He is very patient and takes time to explain things with you. The front office is very personal and easy to get along with. The KORT on Grantline Road just has an amazing atmosphere!

I did about a month and half of PT with the Grant Line Rd. Kort and had a super experience. My therapist Ashley Pait, was friendly, professional, and spot on from her initial assessment of my knee to the exercise program that she developed for it. Then the busiest season at my job began with lots of 60 hour work weeks, and I was just fine. It was such an incredible improvement that I am still having a hard time believing it. Thank you Kort!

Kort is top notch! Erin my physical therapist was fantastic in helping me have better and more mobility throughout my sessions. The whole group from the office to the therapists are there for you. Easy scheduling and making things the most simple for the patient. I highly recommend the New Albany Kort location!
