Gretchen was our son’s speech therapist for several weeks. Our son loved her and made lots of progress with her. We would highly recommend! She’s sweet and wonderful to work with.

Linsey (speech and feeding) is such a wonderful therapist. Has helped my son so much over the past four years. Love her energy, enthusiasm, commitment & expertise. She’s a wealth of knowledge and the loveliest person. Shelby (PT) is so wonderful, too. She is so very kind, easy to talk to & GREAT at her job! VERY happy with the progress my son has made under her guidance. Highly recommend these two. And the front desk staff is always kind, helpful and super conscientious. Thank you!!

When I first started going here with my daughter, I was told that we could have a monthly payment plan. I set one up & paid on it faithfully. We ended services & tried to add final amounts to payment plan. Under their guidelines, my payment should have stayed the same but no suddenly they now want 3 times the amount or I can pay 1.5 times if I open a line of credit. I feel very lies to & will go out of my way to avoid any places with Kootenai in the name. If you have a high deductible & need payment arrangements, you should do the same! We went for about 9 months & my daughter didn’t learn anything special. It was a huge waste of time & money! Oh & how the H3ll is someone supposed to learn to talk without seeing the other person’s mouth?! Speech therapist should be allowed to wear face shields so they can actually do their job! What a joke!!!!

Lincoln Way Office - my fiancé had a pt appointment to learn how to KT tape his knee. KT tape is hard to apply to oneself so I was there to learn how to help him do it. I've been in the office before and was wearing a mask but I had my Service Dog with me today. When I walked into the office, the receptionist, Julie, told me dogs aren't allowed. I told her he was a Service Dog. But she repeated dogs aren't allowed in their building. I said they're federally protected as Service Dogs. She said it did not matter if he was a Service Dog, they are not allowed in the building. So I left and asked to speak to the office manager. Eventually the office manager came out and explained they just aren't allowing visitors with a patient without a reasonable reason. When I explained why I was there, she agree it was a reasonable reason to be allowed into the appointment. Her and the Dr. were apologetic to my fiancé. We have transferred care because of this and will not be going back because the receptionist was discriminatory and rude.
