Koop Physical Therapy

I came to Koop Physical Therapy for a neck problem that is causing tingling and numbness in my arms. The front desk person is very courteous, professional, and efficient at informing you of the paperwork required and appointments available. Niki and Billie are true professionals; they really listen to you to get as much information as possible in order to get you on the right track to recovery. Their recommendations for treatment to do at home are spot on and combined with the treatments in the clinic are really decreasing the tingling and numbness that I have been experiencing. I am doing much better since going to Koop Physical Therapy and if you are in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend you start with this team.

I first came to Koop therapy on a knee scooter after having 4 tendons repaired in my foot. I had apprehension on anyone touching my foot because I couldn't even touch it myself. Niki put me at ease right away. With her knowledge and expertise she earned my trust. Even though there were times I thought I would never get better, she would prove me wrong. She never gave up on me.. Billie was great at explaining things that I could do at home between visits. She has a knack for finding the right spot that needed attention!! Its like Niki and Billie have x-ray vision! Gary had his hands full with teaching me how to walk correctly. I soon found out I have been walking incorrectly all my life. He was very attentive and persistent in making sure I did it right. It's now up to me to continue everything they have taught me to continue to improve. If there is ever a time I need physical therapy again they will be the first to call. Thank You Niki, Billie and Gary!!

I have been going to Dr Koop for several months now. She has helped me through two shoulder surgeries, bad knees and a bad hip. They are welcoming, provide individual care and really help me to make progress. I'm so glad Dr. Hyde sent me to them.
