Im extremely upset. I had an appointment 11/25 at 4 I got here only to be told I cannot be seen because my primary care on my insurance hasn’t been changed. I have a fear of rain and I had to drive through crazy rain and traffic. Let’s not also mention the point I took at work for missing to come to this appointment. Front desk SWEARS they called me but some how I don’t have a single call but they were able to confirm my appointment just fine. As someone who works as a receptionist for primary care DO BETTER! This is ridiculous. I haven’t seen a provider in a whole year this staff needs to do better an “im sorry” dies jot replace my time, energy and gas wasted. I just don’t understand how you can confirm an appointment and not tell someone they need to fix that RIDICULOUS.

Subpar client patient service can never get anybody on the phone. Never get any callbacks. Pray that you never have any type of an emergency or need your medication anytime soon. I’ve avoided a month to have any prescriptions filled. This is very sad. Used to be a very great place to get medical Service.

Used to be an okay place for care. Idk if it's the switch to adventist health or what, but the level of care has gone from decent to disgusting. Had a school health authorization filled out in August and needed a new form for the same kid for the same issues to switch schools in January and they refused. Said we needed to make an appointment and they were scheduling for 2 months out. I said, can we come sit and wait as a walk in? Because he needs this medication with him at school everyday. But they refused. They denied his LIFE SAVING medication for what? A copay? Disgusting.

I used to love going to this office. My mom and I switched over a few years ago and everything was going great until recently. My mother had an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a referral for a dexa bone scan and we were told we would get a call once the insurance approved the service. Again, it’s been 2 weeks and we know nothing about the referral. I have called them all of this week and I get transferred to a lady named Janet Borreli. As soon as I am transferred to her line, I get a voicemail message. I have left multiple messages and she has not returned any of my calls. I decided to go to their office today to ask them about the referral and I was told to go home and that Janet would give me a call this afternoon. She never called me, so I called before they closed and asked to talk to someone above her, a supervisor or someone else, and I was told that she is the only one who can help me. I am very frustrated! I guess my mother and I won’t know if her osteoporosis is the same or has gotten worse. It seems like Janet Borreli doesn’t care about the patients. The worst part is that she is the OFFICE MANAGER! I hope the owner of this office reads this and helps my mother and I.

I am writing this out of great concern. I switched from Adventist Health due to poor Healthcare (Dr. Heber). The scheduling was for 10 minute appointments. No appointment was on time and was usually 1 to 1.5 hours late. If I was ill I was told to go to urgent care. If I was hurt I was told to go to urgent care. Unless I had a regular preset appointment I was told to go to urgent care. Dr. Komin's practice on the other hand would always make room for illness (which is why you have a GP). Haylee is fabulous and attentive. I have seen Dr Komin and like him as well. I got my sister to change over from Adventist as well. I just learned Dr. Komins practice has been sold to Adventist Health but that he will still be a practicing physician. I hope the good family doctor feel and care remain the same. I would hate for this community to lose out to big corporate medical care practices. Caralee Sangster

Usually I have great experiences here, though I’ve never actually seen Dr. Komin until yesterday. It was awful. He didn’t know medical terminology we were using even after explaining what they were, he didn’t know how to help us set up a medical procedure and refused to help us find the resources to do it, he refused to answer my one simple question, and he was extremely condescending the ENTIRE conversation. Eventually he refused to see us, all because I wanted to know if they could give my partner fluids as she has been extremely dehydrated for over a week. Aside from him, his nurse also was uncommunicative and gave us medication in a shot form without telling us what it was, why, or that there was going to be a shot happening, I am BAFFLED at this experience. NP Hayley Tracey is amazing but unfortunately my family and extended family is going to be switching providers now. The medical board will be contacted in case other families have gone though this experience.

I love this place but why can’t I get ahold of the front office? They continue to send me to voicemail and its very frustrating especially when you have important questions
