Absolutely disgusting higher ups here. My wife and I moved here a few months ago, and she went and started working for this company. She immediately defies expectations by passing the RBT exam the first time around! They gave her a very short amount of time to pass mind you [only a few weeks]. Either way I was very excited for her! She starts working here and the higher ups immediately stick her with the child that needs the most attention. I personally thought this was a weird decision considering she was brand new. My wife proceeds to come home beaten, bruised, and sick! She got so sick she needed a week off of work to recover! She also had a doctor's note! Anyways fast forward about two weeks and the higher ups decide to fire her because of too much missed time! Now mind you my family just moved here across the country and most of you should know how expensive that it. Needless to say her being fired has been devastating for us. The higher ups also decided to just flat out not pay for around 2000 dollars. So they left us absolutely devastated and we are stuck asking our families for help when we have a little boy as well. I hope the KnR higher ups see this and understand they are terrible people.

I placed both of my boys in Autism Learning Center apart of KNR. Both my boys loved the place. They had a positive experience, they were treated well. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They came home smiling and talking about all the fun things they did. My some came home with much further enhanced communication and socialization skills and much easier socialized with piers now. The only downside and it's like this a lot of places they needed a lot of notice to take kids on vacation etc. But there were times were my kids got injured or were sick, etc. No problems.

I started ABA paperwork the ALC when a friend recommended them to me back in the summer of 2022. While the company had a good record, they recently underwent some changes, including now being called KNR therapy. If you want your child to get ABA services, do not go with this company--at least not now. We put in documentation for our son to go therapy back in August of 2022; it is now mid-April 2023, and KNR has not scheduled any actual sessions for our son. Instead, they have continued to lead us to believe that we would get services, only to push the deadline over and over. While people were always polite and it is true that ABA is slow, I find KNR's particular approach to be incredibly deceptive. They should not take on new clients, if the cannot meet demand. There are other companies in the area; I recommend starting elsewhere OR wait until KNR gets their house in order.

Autism Learning Center helped me so much that it makes me so normal person growing from little that I was before and an adult that I am now better. They even helped me learn how to do well in school and how to talk to people and use many words. That's the expirence at ALC This is Muneeb signing off

ABA is only about the parents, not the children. ABA does not care about the children at all. A former ABA therapist said, that ABA starts off by getting the child's trust through play and other methods, this is called the grooming phase, this can take months, they are patient, then after that they will take advantage of that same child's trust to plant their own ideas into that child's mind. And when they are older and their mental health starts to decline that they will repeat the same process.
