Map Location is wrong, they have moved Phone number is for Prescott VA Med Ctr, not Kingman clinic They are not very friendly or helpful, do not always adhere to policies and are not at all timely in their services from the front desk and admin points. Still waiting to get past those points. Extremely disappointing since the only alternatives are to travel to Prescott or Las Vegas!
