Kinetix Physical Therapy

I went to Kinetix after years of chronic low back pain that I struggled to find an answer for. During my evaluation with Jed Meyers, PT, DPT, he helped me get a better understanding of my pain, and helped set me up on a successful path. I felt that Jed really understood my goals and designed a treatment plan that addressed my weaknesses well. He also did a great job tracking my progress outside of the clinic and giving me exercises and goals to work on by myself. During my time at Kinetix I also worked closely with Vivian Castro, first as an undergraduate intern, and then as an exercise tech after she graduated. Vivian was always very encouraging, and held me to a high standard. Both Vivian and Jed were very relatable and personable, and I actually looked forward to getting up at 7 AM to do physical therapy with them. I am very thankful for both of them, they made my treatment process fun but also challenging and rewarding. I would recommend them to anyone!

I would give 6 stars if available. I started my Kinetix journey with both rotator cuff and neck pain. Jed and Andrea were so skilled and attentive to my specific exercises to help with my discomfort. After less than 20 visits. I feel amazing! I’m so glad I chose Kinetix for my recovery

Jed Meyers, PT, DPT, helped me develop the physical strength I lost over years of cancer treatments. As an older patient with a complex medical history, including foot neuropathy that makes walking difficult, I was concerned that a young therapist might be too demanding, or not know how to help me; I had no reason for concern. Jed is extremely knowledgeable, up-to-date, and interested in the overall health of his patients. He’s also warm, personable, encouraging, and committed to the progress of each patient. Jed conducted initial assessments meticulously so that he had accurate data then used the data to design an individual program for me. Periodically, Jed reassessed, documenting the progress I was making and, finally, my achievement of my goals. During each of my sessions, Vivian Castro (at the time, in her last semester as an undergraduate) worked closely with me under Jed’s supervision, providing feed-back and steady encouragement. Vivian has high standards, knows how to motivate, and always greets a patient with a smile. I was very fortunate to receive physical therapy from Jed and Vivian and I would not hesitate to return to Kinetix should the need arise.

I had a lower back issue for 6 months that was significantly decreasing my quality of life. My wife and I have a baby on the way and we were both getting worried that I wouldn’t be able to pick up our child when they were born. My doctor referred me to Kinetix. They assessed my injury and were very supportive while I worked on the plan they gave me. After 2 months I am doing MUCH better… able to do just about anything without restrictions. I’m incredibly grateful for their expertise and will definitely be going back if I have an issue in the future

My experience with Kinetix in Haile was wonderful and truly extraordinary! I worked with Jed who knew what exercises I needed and when others needed to be changed or added. Along with Jed, i also enjoyed Kathy C., Vivian, KB, and Chase. Each one was alert to helping me, listening to my needs and being a vital part of my recovery! I thank each one, ever so much; because of them I feel great !!

From the front desk team, the interns and staff I had the pleasure of working with a professional staff. Started off with hip therapy and additional help with my back. With the guidance of Dr. Scott and Brent Lira. I feel my progress was may by their guidance and hard work to provide a program that fit my recovery. I can't thank them enough for their encouragement and professionalism. I highly recommend Kinetix.

I had an emergency C-section in March 2024. I was in a lot of pain months after recovery so my OBGYN recommended PT. I could not be happier with Kinetix. Everyone who helped me along the way was wonderful, including the physical therapist, the assistants, and all of the students! Even after a couple of sessions I was starting to feel better and more like myself. I enjoyed every session I had because the atmosphere was cheery and down to earth. I could not recommend Kinetix more!

After suffering the worst ankle sprain of my life with 2+ degree tears, Kinetix provided expert professional therapy to help heal and rebuild the damaged joint. Their team (Jack, Brent and others) were top notch and very personable. Would highly recommend!
