Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy - Valencia

I have been on a long road to recovery, dealing with a broken toe on one foot and a severe sprained ankle on the other, which has been causing me pain for almost three months. After seeing two different physical therapists who didn't listen to my concerns or effectively treat my injury, I was fortunate to find Jordan, my third physical therapist. Jordan is truly gifted. Unlike the others, who barely touched my ankle, Jordan takes the time to physically manipulate it, addressing the pain directly. His approach is both hands-on and thoughtful, and for the first time, I feel like I’m making real progress. I’m grateful for his expertise and will definitely continue my treatment here. I’ll also be referring friends because I’ve finally found someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing. I’d also like to mention the front desk staff, Abby- is just as wonderful. Her phone personality is fantastic, and she makes the entire experience even more pleasant with her friendly and welcoming attitude. The pt aids in the back, both Abby and Josh are great! Each brings Great conversation as well as skill to the experience. Lastly, parking is really easy, and it’s easy to get into the facility if you’re having difficulty walking. I couldn’t be happier.

Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy’s Jordan Ektefaie and his staff are wonderful. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that Jordan truly cares about helping his patients. Jordan and his staff focus on providing individualized care throughout the entire appointment unlike competitors who often set timers and just leave you because they crowd in too many patients at the same time. Jordan and his team are better than any other physical therapy company I’ve been to because they don’t schedule too many patients at the same time, and as a result, they are able to monitor you the entire visit for correct technique and form. This high level of patient care is extremely beneficial for recovery. Thank you, Jordan, Abigail, Abbie, and Josh!

I cannot say enough good things about Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy! Jordan, Kevin and the entire Kinetix Team are top-notch physical therapists and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I first came to them as I was struggling with a bad arthritic hip. They worked with me on my mobility and strength and enabled me to continue working and carry on my normal physical activities. When I finally opted for hip replacement surgery, I worked with them prior to the surgery and afterward. My recovery was amazingly quick and I was soon able to do many physical things that I was unable to do for the past 5 years. I was so encouraged by my progress, I decided not only to return to hiking but committed to doing a 100 mile hike over 7 days. A few weeks prior to the trip, I worked with the Kinetix team again. Besides walking 12- 19 miles per day, the hike included climbing steep inclines and scrambling over rocks and boulders. Thanks to the Kinetix team, I was able to complete the hike without any injuries or setbacks. If you are in need of PT, I encourage you to check them out. They are the best!

The physical therapy I received at Kinetix a year ago for a shoulder replacement was extremely beneficial to increase range of motion and build strength. The staff there knows what works, and are a pleasure to work with. I am now seeing them for scoliosis of my low back. After just 3 sessions, I am experiencing improved mobility and reduced pain. I have been to other physical therapists in the past, and the staff here exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend them.

Great physical therapists and aides. I like how even if it’s busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. They have helped me work through several joint issues and I recommend them to anyone that asks. The bathrooms are also clean and there is filtered drinking water available.

My experience at Kinetix has always been excellent. The therapists are very knowledgeable at what they do. My four therapists are Kevin, Jordan, Samantha and Lauren. They all do a great job in their own way, and they’ve always been very polite. Abby and Josh are the aids and I do a lot of my exercise work with them. They’re very helpful and make sure that I do everything to help my Injured arm. This place is very clean, and very sanitized, which makes it very safe for patients. I have had the most beneficial and wonderful experience at Kinetix Valencia. I came in for an ankle injury. I was here five years ago for a knee injury. My excellent recovery is attributed to the knowlegde and expertise of the team at Kinetix. My physical therapist this time around, with my ankle, was Jordan. They truly have a remarkable team of physical therapists and associates. My goal is always near 100% recovery. I am within reach of that goal. Next step is resuming water exercise to complete the rest.

Kinetix has helped me immensely to recover from my recent hamstring tear injury as well as my previous meniscus tear injury. Their team interacts well together to provide the right physical therapy program for my healing. I look forward to my sessions here. They run an efficient program designed specific for your injury.
