Kinetik Performance and Rehab

I’ve been to a few different physical therapy facilities over time but boy did I get lucky when My Dr. sent me to Kinetik. Kevin, my therapist is outstanding and is the most likable guy and so great at helping my pain to go away. Claire was also wonderful when she worked on me in Kevin’s absence. Sophia in the reception area is always so welcoming and friendly and Natalie is so outgoing and friendly and I always enjoy my conversations with her. This facility is always extremely neat and clean and everyone that works there always makes me feel so welcome. I totally give my endorsement to this physical therapy group to be able to help with any problems that you may have.

Christian is an incredible physical therapist and I am so lucky our paths have crossed in Orange County. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my pain in ONE session. The strength test has been super helpful with my training and his rehab exercises for me have helped my pain and overall physique! Grateful 👏🏼

I've had PT at a few places. This a great place! Far and above the rest. Each staff, from walking in to meet the receptionist to the PhD physical therapists to the therapy aides, are cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and kind and friendly. The environment is encouraging and they challenge patients to do their best. The PTs are very well trained and absolutely excellent! They explain what they are doing and why and they bring positive results. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience here! Try them, you won't be disappointed.

Kevin and the team at Kinetik are AHmazing! After 1 session I had more relief than after 2 months at another PT with a fancy location. After 5 sessions I'm able to do several of the daily activities I was struggling to do, and am back to working out (with guidance) 6 days a week. Thank you Kevin for your knowledge, skill, and human-centered, individual approach!

After toe fusion surgery I needed PT. Kevin was my provider and I would highly recommend he or AJ. They truly got to know me, my needs and challenges and customized my care accordingly. Personalized and kind. Top notch!

I chose this PT office since it was close to my house and have been more than pleased with the staff, facility and treatment. Claire listened carefully to my issues & needs & knew what to do to for the pain in my hip. She and Alissa push me to succeed in all areas. I leave very tired but ready for the next session. Definitely a great office.

AJ is an amazing human and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He is not only helping me to obtain full ROM but to have proper body movement for the best in muscle gain.
