Kinetic Energy Physical Therapy

I spent about 4 months going to Kinetic after my shoulder surgery and had a great experience. Alek was the best physical therapist I have ever worked with and I would recommend him to anyone. I was very pleased with their communication and work through my recovery process and am very thankful for them.

I was referred to Mackenzie at Kinetic Physical Therapy by a Dr whose specialty is pain therapy. I was having sleepless nights for a month due to intense hip/nerve pain and wanted a steroid shot. After several sessions of PT with Mackenzie I did not need a shot after all. Her goal was to have me able to “fix” myself in the future, before it reached the unbearable level again. She’s a 10!

I was referred to Kinetic by a family friend, and I am so grateful to have found this clinic. Both Alek and Mackenzie are meticulous, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. It would truly be a missed opportunity not to seek care at Kinetic. In scrolling through the reviews since Mackenzie and Alek took over I can’t find anything less than 5 stars, in case that doesn’t speak for itself here’s my personal experience at Kinetic: Before I saw Mackenzie I had struggled with ankle pain for over three years, I had had a surgery and PRP treatment and PT at college and really wasn’t getting anywhere. I saw Mackenzie once I moved here and she referred me to an orthopedist because we had tried a lot of different things, it turns out I had torn my tendon again. The PTs at Kinetic are ready and willing to look outside themselves for the good of the patient, which is lacking in so many other care providers I have seen. I ended up getting another surgery in February, and with Mackenzie’s help I’m 4 months out and starting to run again. I am extremely grateful I got so lucky in finding kinetic, I know from experience that I wouldn’t be where I am today without Mackenzie’s unwavering commitment to my care and patience during the entire process.

Alek and Mackenzie are awesome! They helped me work through an injury pre-marathon race — I appreciate their focus on addressing the root cause of issues.

The physical therapists at Kinetic Energy are really good at getting to the root of the problem, using several methods to get relief and progress, and following up with home exercise programs. Heartily recommend!

Kinetic is THE place in Steamboat for physical therapy. I had asked several physicians before my surgery on where to go. Continually they were mentioning Kinetic. Mackenzie is super helpful and I am having less pain and more range of motion then others with a similar injury to me.

I am very pleased I chose Kinetic Energy for my reverse shoulder Replacement Therapy, I have full range of motion in my shoulder and now I am working on strengthening these tired ole muscles and my balance. Alek is very professional and kind and patient. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. If ever a need arises for me to continue PT, this is the only place I will come..
