I started seeing Dr. Paul for knee pain that flared up during certain movements, especially when running, and his approach was amazing! His treatments are intentional, tailored and engaging. He understands the need for individualized, and sometimes creative, treatment. Even though my knee is better, I’m continuing to see him for postural and functional movement work. I highly recommend Dr. Paul for anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable physical therapist!

There's a reason Dr. Paul has so many 5-star reviews! I've been struggling with chronic shoulder/trap pain for a while and more recently some hip impingement. I'm no stranger to therapies like acupuncture, chiropractic care, and massages, but nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. After just my first session with Dr. Paul involving trigger and acupressure points and stretching, my pain level dropped dramatically from an 8 to a 4. I've been seeing him consistently for a few weeks and the improvement in my mobility has been remarkable, and I’m experiencing far less discomfort in my daily activities. This is by far the most beneficial treatment I’ve found, and I’m excited to continue seeing these positive changes. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Paul!

I feel extremely lucky to’ve found Dr. Paul!! After rejecting surgery and the cortisone shot for my chronic knee pain, I started doing my own research and that’s how I found Kinesio club physical therapy. I didn’t hesitate to book my first appointment and that day I enrolled in the 8-session package. My pain level was at about an 8 at the time. We began a series of strengthening exercises and knee deep tissue therapy. He also thought me the importance of continuing with these exercises at home and now I know how to manage my own pain levels. Dr. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and patient, he will dedicate a full hour with YOU and you’ll leave that place feeling a whole lot better. On my 4th session my pain level had already decreased to a level 3 and after 2 months of therapy I now have ZERO-pain days. if you’re experiencing any time of joint or muscle pain, book your appointment today. Thank you very much Dr. Paul 🙏🏻

Paul quickly diagnosed and treated me at the first appointment. He even called me the night before to confirm what was wrong with me. The stretches, pressure point release, and exercises immediately had a positive effect!

I have been working with Dr. Paul for about a month and have made so much progress while working with him. I have a disc protrusion in my thoracic spine that was caused from barbering. I have spent the last 3 years with chronic pain that I have not been able to get ahead of until now. Dr. Paul is very thorough and knowledgeable on the muscles in the body. With his help, I am getting through full work days with a smile on my face! I cannot recommend booking your consultation with him enough! Dr Paul specializes in assisted stretching, cupping, deep tissue massage, functional movements, and human connection!

Last month, I attempted the gymnastic ring swing from one ring to the next without a proper warm-up. The next day, I experienced tenderness and some pain in my left neck and shoulder. It was challenging to raise my left hand, and bending my neck was uncomfortable. At this point, I decided it was time to seek out a physical therapist. I had prior experience with physical therapy, so I knew what to look for in a therapist. I wanted a PT who truly understands body mechanics, customizes treatments, and is thorough. I reached out to Dr. Paul, the owner of Kinesio Club Physical Therapy. During my first assessment, I was confident I was in good hands. Dr. Paul conducted movement assessments and used various modalities to treat my neck and shoulder. He employed a mix of manual therapy, stretches, and mobility exercises. He patiently guided me through exercises to improve my strength and mobility, emphasizing that stretching and doing mobility work outside the sessions would help alleviate my symptoms. I'm now in my fourth treatment session, and I'm thrilled with the decision to work with Dr. Paul. My shoulder pain has completely disappeared, and the only area we still need to work on is my neck, which is currently at a 1 out of 10 discomfort level. I've noticed significant improvements in my shoulder and neck function without pain as I continue doing the assigned homework. The moral of the story is to warm up properly and take care of your body, and it will take care of you. Thank you, Dr. Paul, for your help! I highly recommend him to anyone seeking physical therapy.

I started seeing Dr. Paul after deciding make the switch from chiro to PT for my chronic neck/upper back issues. Just a few sessions with him did more for my pain and imbalances than years of past chiropractic treatments combined. He's got extensive knowledge, range of methods, and genuinely cares about your progress. One of the best decisions i've made – highly recommend.
