I am so thankful to have found Dr. Kiminki. I came to him wondering if help and relief was possible for lower back, hip and knee pain, and maybe even some improvement with my posture. I had a car accident several years ago and more recently, hip replacement surgery. My posture has been such that when standing or walking I’ve been tilted forward. After three visits, I’m standing much more vertically. After the first visit it was very noticeable. Also, the tightness and restriction I felt in multiple areas through the back, hips and knees is greatly lessened. I can reach things in the cupboards that I could not before without a device. During my 3rd visit, I didn’t even bother to mention the shoulder pain I was having because I was focused on some remaining tension in the low back and knee. Without a word, Dr Kiminki, super detective that he is, discovered the shoulder issue, and relieved that as well. I’ve been referred out by my Primary Care doctor for PT numerous times, including after the accident and surgeries, but have never experienced results like this before. Thank you so much Dr. Kiminki!

My first session with Dr. Matt Kiminki treating my lower back pain was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and personable! He took the time to listen to the issue I was having and did a thorough examination to determine the cause of my pain. He helped in giving me relief from my back pain and getting me to feel better. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a physical therapist to help with any health concerns that you might be experiencing.

As a retired military veteran, the military lifestyle takes a huge toll on your body. I have suffered from neck, back pain, and other areas as well. Throughout my time in service and post military time I have seen numerous doctors just to get prescribed medication and/ or get referred to physical therapy while seeing little to no results. Dealing with pain eventually just becomes the norm and you just tell yourself you have to continue to deal with it. Before I met Dr. Kiminki I was unaware of what fascial counterstrain actually was. He was able to explain in great detail how fascial counterstrain actually works and how I could benefit from it. I took the opportunity to see Dr Kiminki and even as he was performing the therapy he explained in great detail while going through the process. Dr. Kiminki also took the time to identify areas that were affecting me that I wasn't even aware of. After the treatment I felt almost immediate results. I was amazed and in shock at how much better I instantly felt. After dealing with years of injuries and seeing multiple medical representatives, I never believed I would find a remedy to deal with the pain. I know there are people out there that are dealing with pain on a daily basis, For those of you who are, I would highly recommend you see Dr. Kiminki. He genuinely shows that he cares about your physical and emotional well being. It has been the best decision I have made thus far. I will definitely be looking forward to seeing him again.

Dr. Kiminki is an incredible PT. He is committed to his patients and helping them obtain their quality of life. His approach is different then the mainstream PTs. The effectiveness of his techniques are noticeable almost immediately.

Dr. Kiminki is a healer! I came across his booth during the Mission Inn Run. Within 5 minutes he was able to alleviate my shoulder pain. I then setup an appointment to have my knee looked at. I had been suffering from knee pain for over a year and had already gone to physical therapy and consulted with an orthopedic doctor. None of these doctors were able to help alleviate my knee problem. I struggled to go up and down the stairs. Within the first appointment Dr. Kiminki immediately resolved that issue and I was able to go up a step ladder without issue. I have already recommended Dr. Kiminki to family members who have also seen results. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Matt Kiminki is the best physical therapist that I know. He came to see my boyfriend the same day I contacted him for his services. My boyfriend was having severe lower back pain to the point where he could not walk or bend. I loved how he took his time to make sure he clears up any discomfort or pain in the body and explains every little thing down to the tea. He makes sure you understand what he is doing and why he is doing it or why he needs to check it out. My boyfriend was up walking and bending in no time, feeling much better after Dr.Kiminki worked on him. His goal is to make the problem go away for good rather than it coming back months later as if you were to go to a chiropractor and his work is not nearly as painful as to when you go to a chiropractor. In addition, Dr.Kiminki worked a little bit on my mother in law free of charge just to give her an idea of what he can do for her to later set up an appointment. He is just overall the BEST, I recommend him to all my friends and family that have any type of pain or discomfort in their body.

My daughter referred me to Dr. Kiminki and I took my husband in for his severe back pain. After just one session, my husband has visibly improved. Before he could barely walk and physical tasks became a challenge. Now he can confidently walk without any pain or limp. I highly recommend coming to Dr. Kiminki!!!

Two years ago, I woke with back spasms so debilitating that my husband had to dress me. That gradually evolved into constant, chronic pain. Worse yet, apart from joint hypermobility, I had no idea how this even happened. I felt hopeless and alone in my pain and limited mobility. Two physical therapists examined me and determined my pelvis to be out of alignment. Despite this info and exercises to help, I was getting no where. I felt defective and embarrassed. I was worried I was going to simply hurt forever. Feeling totally defeated, I talked to a friend who saw Dr. Kiminki with great success. I trust this friend, yet I was skeptical. It seemed too easy. I’ve been to chiropractors and left the office feeling a bit better only to almost immediately hurt again. How would this manipulation be any different? At my husband’s insistence, I made the appointment. Dr. Kiminki instantly put me at ease. He’s easy going and very knowledgeable. He helped treat the root of the problem with a strain/counter strain technique that I, as I nurse, had never heard of. At the end of the visit, I was able to bend at the waist without pain for the first time in years! I feel like problematic body parts were reset back to “factory settings!” If you’re dealing with chronic pain, even without an obvious cause, and waiting for a sign, this is it! Don’t hesitate to call for an appointment with Dr. Kiminki. This is the best thing you can do for yourself this year!
