Kim Physical Therapy

Dr. Kym and his staff are truly amazing and kind, have the patience of saints, and are very knowledgeable, the place is extremely clean too. They treated my daughter and me, and within a few weeks (a couple of sessions a week) of our treatment we started noticing tremendous improvement, and after our full treatment we can walk again without major pain and discomfort thanks to them. Highly recommend these guys!!

Dr Kim is an amazing physical therapist. He will get you where you need to be.

I called to reschedule an appointment, and was told by the office staff that I couldn't get a later time on the Wednesday that I was rescheduling because they were "leaving early that day," and that their last patient would be finished an hour BEFORE they were closing on that day. First of all, the patient they referred to was scheduled at 3pm and would be done by 4pm. Even though I was told that they closed at 5pm, they weren't going to wait around "twiddling their thumbs" the last hour so they were going to leave early. However, their hours as of the time I write this review are stated until 6:30pm Monday-Thursday! So basically, I was given false information and they would actually be leaving 2 1/2 hours early. My appointment was supposed to last for two hours so I should have been able to be scheduled from 3pm until 5pm when they claimed they closed, or even from 4:30-6:30 when they are supposed to close (according to the hours listed online). Even if they had one patient scheduled at 3pm, I know for a fact that they tend to more than one patient at a time, especially with the type of therapy I was supposed to do, which is mostly autonomous exercises. Second, when I was transferred to Ed, the actual physical therapist, he accused me of making things difficult to reschedule and accused me of lying when I told him what his office staff told me. He also bluntly told me that it was "none of my concern" how they schedule their patients, rather than recognizing that I was given false information by his staff and accusing me of lying. He did acknowledge that the hours listed online may not be accurate, but only AFTER he became confrontational. This place started out good, but for some reason Ed has become extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't know if he is overly stressed and needs a larger staff to help him with his workload and scheduling, but his personal skills are in immediate need of improvement. I don't know if my doctor will refer me to another clinic, but if I have to return to this place for therapy, I hope things change for the better.
