Edit for the next week: called their scheduling dept and they didn't get my son rescheduled still. So this is one business you just have to be a "karen" with otherwise the schedulers and billing dept will try to run you over and talk over you. Great therapist. Communication with the scheduling office was a bit rough a couple times with a misunderstanding, but thankfully I spoke with the main manager, she was patient, very professional, and helpful and the no call no show error misunderstanding was resolved. I'm thankful for that. My son's therapist, April has helped my son so much! She's very kind and patient with my son, and that's some key qualities in that line of work.

Our therapists were awesome! We have been with KidSource for 5+ years for multiple therapies. We have loved and appreciated each one! However, throughout years of therapy, various doctors and clinics for my family, specialists, etc., I have never been harassed over payment (payments that THEY chose the amount and debited my account weekly) in my life. Of course, I would be happy to pay what I owed, as I always have, but I did not feel comfortable setting up a payment plan for $1700, when I only owed around $300 at the time (this was an admitted issue on the insurance part and was being resolved). The attitude from Chrissa was shocking and the fact that their “billing department” does not understand the difference between an individual and family deductible is concerning. After discharging my daughter from KidSource after all of this, Chrissa sent me a statement (as requested) on May 16th with a due date of May 24th. I’ve never been told I had one week to pay any bill medical. But, the check is in the mail. I say all of that to say, if you do not have Medicaid for your child, be careful with communications regarding payments and billing and have everything in writing.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about KidSource! The entire staff has been kind and incredibly helpful through our journey with them! Jennifer Green has been my daughter’s speech therapist for over a year now and she is beyond incredible! She truly gave my sweet girl the skills to find her voice. Every child deserves a voice, and she has been instrumental in my daughter’s journey! I highly recommend!

We have had a great experience with Kidsource in Benton. We are so thankful to all the therapists (Shannon, Aimee, Micah and Erica) and the staff. They have listened to my concerns and assisted me on my son’s learning journey. We have seen a tremendous improvement in his speech. Erica Pruitt is amazing! Patient, loving and professional. We highly recommend this place!

My son sees Sharon for speech therapy & Meghan and David for occupational therapy/TEAM UP. He’s made SO MUCH progress in such a short time! We’ve overcame situations with our son that we struggled with for so long. Thanks to our team of therapists, we understand so much about our baby and feel so confident we have the right knowledge and tools to help him. The therapists are so great at updating each other with how their sessions go with my child, so they all know what’s going on and everyone’s on the same page on how to help him as best as possible. I love how well they’ve worked together to ensure they’re providing the best care for my child. It just shows how passionate they are about their jobs and helping kids thrive! My family and I are forever grateful for these amazing people and the support they’ve given us these last few months!

My little has been with Kidsource for 3 years and we’ve had the best experience! Whitney (OT) Christina W (ST), and Sam (DT) have been so amazing and patient in helping Briggs overcome obstacles, but also excel in those areas! We couldn’t think of a better team to be with us on our journey! My husband and I are so thankful for these wonderful therapists that now hold a very special place in our hearts!

My son started coming here a little more than a year ago for developmental, occupational, and speech therapy. I was very nervous about leaving him at first, but I quickly realized that he was absolutely safe. The therapists truly care about the kids being safe and happy and it shows! He has made such amazing progress. He has gained so much confidence and independence over the last year. The therapists are so sweet and kind and give us updates every day about what they are working on. We went from not talking at all to being able to say the names of both of his therapist, Meghan (OT) and Sarah (ST)! He is constantly demonstrating new abilities, like putting his socks and shoes on without assistance and doing multistep fine motor and large motor tasks. He has grown in his ability to tolerate frustration and will stay with challenging tasks longer, trying to solve the problem himself before requesting help. The team at KidSource has really been absolutely essential in our journey to help our son thrive and gain confidence in his abilities. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

Ms. Patsy is the most amazing developmental therapist!!! She has helped our family tremendously and goes out of her way to work around our crazy schedule. She is beyond understanding and listens to our concerns. I recommend her to everyone. She is so patient with my 2 year old and is amazing with communication. I cannot express enough how wonderful she is.
