Very friendly environment and therapists. Love how they greet the child first, along with the parent. Excited to see the progress our son will make under their care. Friendly reception staff. Just knock on the window when you arrive and they are attentive and quick to help.

My son has had an excellent experience with his speech therapy. His therapist, Gabriel, has helped him achieve his goals and has provided support and guidance throughout this process.

My son has been doing speech and occupational therapy with Kids Therapy Connection since he was 3 years old. At 10yrs old now, I’ve seen him grow so much with the help of his attentive and caring therapists. He’s had some therapists that have helped him for many years, and others that change up every few months based on schedule. The vast majority of therapists have been excellent with observing his true needs, communicating with me to ensure they can personalize his treatment plan, and letting me know what I can do at home to keep building on his skills learned in therapy. The very very few therapists that I expressed did not seem to be a good fit for my son were immediately removed off his schedule, showing me that no matter the headache the office has to deal with in changing up his schedule and thus other patient/therapist schedules to accommodate my requests, the best interest of my son is always put first. My son and I love Kids Therapy Connection and recommend them to everyone.

We’ve been on the spectrum for 7 yrs. This place was a heavenly gift. We get ST, PT, OT, FT and camps. The staff are all awesome, caring and loving people. They truly love what they do, that’s very important for our kiddos and us. My son has improve immensely, going from nonverbal to reading, writing, eating different foods and being able to jump and not fall, it’s defending an achievement. They are always on time and ready to do their very best. I can’t think of being with anyone else. Phenomenal job KTC.♥️

My son was diagnosed with autism and was nonverbal. I found KTC through Instagram and saw a community of people who enjoy working with kids. I had previously gone to another clinic and it was an awful experience. I decided to give this place a chance and thank god I did! We just made a year coming to KTC and now my son speaks 2 languages! From not saying a word to a complete chatter box! He also does OT and PT and has shown so much improvements from when we started. They have a colorful gym which all the kids are eager to go to for some fun learning! My son has adapted very well here and all the therapist my son has experienced have always been very warm, kind, and have tons of patience. I am grateful for everyone who works here and who’s has helped my son come so far! And a special thank you to the front desk for always welcoming my son and putting on his favorite cartoons while we wait for his session! Those kind gestures warm my heart!

The best there is. My son has been with them for 6 years now and from when he started to how he is today, is incredible. The entire staff from Yiliam the Manager at the south west office to all the therapists and front desk on both south Miami and Doral location, you are awesome!!! Thank you sincerely for preparing my son for life. I’m eternally grateful. Special thanks to Maya, you truly are the Greatest!!!

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. The communication and administration is unbelievably terrible. They change your therapist without you even knowing, change your appointment days and times without even calling you to advise of the change. I am not one to leave reviews no matter how bad the service is but what pushed me over the edge was the fact they called me in the morning today to let me know my appointment was cancelled because of insurance coverage and I advised them to please leave the appointment that I would PAY OUT OF POCKET. I drive 45min to get to the location at my scheduled time to find out they still cancelled my appointment and my daughter who NEEDS her therapies wouldn’t be able to be seen. They don’t care about your kids needs and have a terrible attitude and even worse communication with the parent. I know from other parents and therapists I am not the first to complain about this. It’s honestly very disappointing because after extensive research this was supposed to be the “best” place to help my daughter.

All I have to say is that for the past 4 years that my son has been with his therapists from KTC, the amount of growth he has achieved mentally and emotionally is amazing. I am so greatfull for my two favorite therapist in the world,Maya and Adriana. Without you my son wouldnt be the litttle smart person he is FULL of personality, and who loves you. You ladies deserve a raise 😉. Also Elaiza and Amy are amazing, I really congradulate KTC for having such beautiful and dedicated therapists who are VERY caring and patient with our kiddos. Definitley recommend KTC for your childrens special needs. Also the comfort of having them at school is a plus.
