Anissa is an outstanding occupational therapist who truly cares about her clients. She goes the extra mile to ensure that clients feel supported and understood throughout their therapy journey. I can’t recommend Anissa highly enough.

This locations advertised on their website that they offer multiple kinds of therapy but they only have an occupational therapist. They also don’t answer their phone and it is not open the hours that it shows on google. I have stopped by multiple times and all lights are off with door locked. When I finally got through to someone they told me that all I had to do was have my sons doctor fax them a referral and they would call me to schedule right away. The doctor faxed them the referral and they called me 10 days later only to tell me that they only offered occupational medicine and I had the option to go to Hollywood for therapy. This should have been said to me the first time I called. The first rep was nice but that doesn’t help all it did was delay treatment another month. Your corporations needs to train all staff so that they can communicate with clients effectively and in a timely manner. Especially when time is of an essence. Now I have to find another provider and have my sons doctor send another referral. Don’t waste you time.

My son has speech and occupational therapy. While the staff for the front office may not always be the best, the therapist are wonderful. Kayla (Speech), and Anissia (Occupational) are the best. They’re patient, and any concerns with my son, that I share with them, are addressed immediately. He feels comfortable with them, and they go above and beyond professionalism. The West Palm Beach location therapists have proven to honor their patients and the parents.

Kayla has been a life saver! My son loves her therapy sessions and I have seen a big improvement in his speech. I recommend the WPB location! 5 stars on cleanliness and staff. Anissia is also great!

The therapists Kayla & Anissa are absolutely amazing!! My son who is 2 attends here 2 days a week and has only been here 2 months and we have already seen so much progress with my son. They are all very friendly, professional and go the extra mile to make you and your child feel at ease.

My son comes to kids spot twice a week with miss Kayla and we are beyond thrilled with the progress we have seen over the course of his time in office. Very convenient appointments as well, whenever we have a last minute schedule change they are very accommodating with tele-health appointments. We originally went to another speech pathologist who never sent the authorization to the insurance and never called us back to set up his therapy appointments, and I must say kids spot made the process very simple for us and they were always on top of it. I would highly reccomend this practice to anyone whose child needs speech or occupational therapy. ❤️

I am leaving this center due to being unable to go as regularly because we moved. Anissia is amazing. My daughter loves her and you can tell she truly cares about helping the children. She is so attentive and understanding. She is the glue to keeping this facility running. Thanks for everything.

My daughter has been going to Kids SPOT for speech therapy and absolutely loves it! Her therapist, Kayla, goes above and beyond. She shares my daughter’s progress after each session and my daughter loves her. I could not ask for a better environment for my daughter!
