Kids Place Central (Phoenix)

I have been going to Kids Place Central for some time now and I love it. My son has made so much improvement and his speech is now better thanks to kids place and Stephanie. Stephanie is an amazing therapist, and my son is communicating more because of her! The front staff is very kind, friendly and very helpful when scheduling my appointments. I am able to get an appointment time that works with my schedule. They have the best customer service. Thank you kids place for all you guys do for my son! ❤️

We have been coming here on what is now about 3 months , my son’s communication has progressed tremendously. He comes once a week and the therapist he has had while being here are awesome! They explain the process , after every appointment they tell you what they did , what your child did while doing the activities and what needs to be worked on. You have the option of going in with your child or staying in the waiting room. I have found it more effective when he goes in by himself as I’m not there trying to “help” him with what he’s being asked to do (mom things) and allowing him to figure things out on his own. Staff is great I have not had an issue since inception.

They have a great team of therapist, I have nothing to complain about them, they’re very nice and explain strategies on how to help our children’s progress at home. BUT!!!!! Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the front staff they’re rude over the phone and in person, they have major attitude problems. The receptionist speaks her mind and shuts the window on your face and won’t let you talk or explain your opinions. After she shuts the window, they looked at each other and praise their attitude they get away with speaking to parents. I really hope something is done about their front desk costumer service. This is already a difficult journey we parents go through, we’re only looking for a friendly and reliable place to take our children to strive with their therapy services to help with their daily difficulties.

My little 4 yo daughter has been attending Az Opt for speech therapy and she is thriving. So much progress in 6 weeks. The office is clean and the staff is caring, friendly and professional. Highly recommend

AZOPT is great. All staff and therapists there are so helpful and kind. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. They’re always willing to work with you on scheduling. We love going there for speech and OT. His speech therapist helped my son get his AAC device, we are so thankful for that. Now he uses it during therapy.

My 14 month old has been receiving PT here for 4 months. Our therapist is so patient and encouraging. He answers all my questions and shows me what I can do to continue helping my son. Progress was slow at first but he always encouraged hope and noted whatever progress he saw.

I just want to say that the cancellation process at this facility sucks. My kid is throwing up friends and so cannot come in and her appointment would be first thing in the morning so there’s no time to call and have it be four hours before an appointment and they still doc you for missing even if your kid sick there should be some kind of sick policy Like obviously I can’t bring my child in if they’re throwing up

My twins love coming here!! I like it bc the therapists are super friendly and understanding also they have a lot of patience with my girls… definitely recommend coming here. Thank you ❤️
