Kids Care Pediatric Rehabilitation Services

A couple of the physical therapists are incredible, but we experienced two major issues: 1. Several years ago, when we started, it seemed like staff were invested in the kids outcomes, but that changed. The PT staff kept changing. We were given exercises, but not asked how they were going and, with each new PT, given new exercises without context for the current routine. In recent visits it was robotic and rushed - like an assembly line service. 2. Our insurance also recently changed. I called ahead to confirm and they said it was accepted. Several weeks later I received a call saying my insurance didn't go through. They said that staff are trained not to say my insurance was accepted and that I would be billed. I have the bill now.

My niece goes to Alyssa twice a week and she is just the best with her! We love watching how she’s helped her progress from practically birth on.

My daughter has been going here for a few months after diagnosis of Torticollis. We worked with Maria and she was very patient, caring, and knowledgable. She answered all our questions and taught us things to do at home. My daughters torticollis significantly improved after just a few visits and she is now 5 months old and graduated.

Imagine your son needing ocupational therapy & having to come to your sheduled appointment and reception tells you that you don't have any appointment scheduled when they booked you for 2 months all those appointments dissappear. Now my son is left without the help he needs. I can not express how reception was so rude & could not accept there was a mistake made by them & just said that they could not do anything about it. It was an awful experience & I would not recommend this place. Here is proof I had a scheduled appointment for june 13 when they said I did not have any. And No you did not call to confirmed about those appointments I also have proof of that to. Its ridiculous how you make up lies as you go.

We cannot say enough about our experience with kid's care. Alyssa was fantastic with our daughter and made sure my husband and I were well informed and comfortable with the stretches to continue at home. She answered all our questions and you could tell by working with her how much she truly enjoyed her job. The staff is very warm and friendly and so easy to work with. Scheduling appointments was very easy and the text reminders were great. The environment was bright, fun and so kid friendly. We cannot thank Alyssa and kids care enough for all they did and for the wonderful care they gave our daughter.

We love Kids Care! We started seeing Kim for PT when our daughter was just a week old! She took wonderful care of our newborn and continued to treat her until she was a year and a half. Kim was an amazing therapist and I highly recommend! The rest of the staff was extremely nice and professional as well. The gym and rooms where my daughter received PT were always kept clean and sanitized. I was so pleased with our experience!

Kids Care is great! We bring our Daughter twice a week. Kim does a great job getting the most out of every session. She has also been incredibly helpful with insurance issues and getting our Daughter set up with a special chair. We definitely recommend Kids Care.

From the second we arrived at Kids Care and met Kim and Ashley(the therapists) we knew we were in the right place. Our twin girls were born 5 weeks early and required some help with their gross motor skills. Nothing crazy! Mostly strengthening their muscles. We started therapy when they were 8 months. The best part about visiting Kids Care every week with our girls was seeing the improvement they made and how they began to generalize the skills they were learning at therapy into our home. I also enjoyed getting to know Kim and Ashley. They almost became like a part of the family! I completely trusted them with my girls and was so encouraged by what they were doing with the girls. Unfortunately, our visits at Kids Care have come to an end after 6 months of hard work! My girls are happy and healthy and I have to thank Kids Care for being a small part of the process!
