Kids Can - Occupational & Speech Therapy

We have been using Kids Can for OT the past few months for my 4 year old son and working with this team has been wonderful. Our OT Elise was warm and friendly and truly loved our son. Robbyn was easy to work with and was always available for extra sage advice. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Kids Can - specifically our therapist, Elise. My child has been working with Elise for about 4 months now. We came to kids can because of their expertise and specialization in supporting kiddos with different sensory needs. Implementing Elise's recommendations and therapies into our lives has been life changing - my kiddo's sensory needs are being met, which means she can learn better, regulate better, emote better, engage more confidently. Elise is attentive, engaging, sensitive and responsive, and creative in thinking through how to support our various sensory needs and challenges. She has literally been a godsend. Kids Can and Ms. Elise have made a huge difference and help for my littlest one. She is now thriving and happy! She loves going to sessions and excited to see Elise every time. Robbyn is amazing with helping me guide through the admin stuff with my insurance.

My 3 year old son started having behavioral difficulty in school, so I reached out to Robbyn in a panic. She paired us with Emily Venable and we quickly got in for an evaluation and an intensive 2x/week protocol during the summer. Emily was so hands on through the entire experience, not just in helping my child, but also provided support for our entire family. We were able to see Emily 1x/week and within 2 months, my son was no longer having issues at school. After 6 months, I can say with confidence that he is thriving in every way. He seems much calmer and his communication skills have improved dramatically. I now see the happy, smart, and enthusiastic kid that I knew was there all along. I cannot thank Kids Can enough for what they have done for our family. I would recommend Robbyn and her team to any parent that could benefit from this resource!

We have used Kids Can for OT services to help with motor skills / writing for our elementary aged son. He LOVED going to see Carly, his therapist. She made therapy not only effective but fun and it didn't feel like a chore. Highly recommend!

Going to Kids Can OT has changed our life! Robyn took time to listen to our concerns, challenges and goals for our son; and explain their process and therapy. We've been seeing OT Rachel as our therapist and she is AMAZING! She very quickly developed a bond with my son, is always patient with him, motivates him in a way that speaks to him, and maybe best of all has taught me how to parent my son playing to his needs and his strengths. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable about this area and has helped me understand what my son is struggling with so I can relate and understand. She has answered endless questions from me, and has been great at explaining attributes of what my son struggles with. She comes up with really creative activities we can do at home in between appointments, and has helped us come up with goals and rewards that have helped my son develop and advance. I can not say enough about how wonderful Rachel is!! We started seeing them post-Covid and their attention to health and safety is really great. I love all the precautions they are taking, never gives me any concern despite challenging times we are living in.

My 2 year old daughter has had feeding challenges since birth. We feel that they are sensory based, specifically tactile. My daughter was evaluated by Hannah Stern in December 2021 and has seen her weekly through mid April of 2022. Evelyn's tactile defensiveness has reduced substantially! We are so confident in the SOS feeding therapy approach that we are planning on completing a month of SOS feeding therapy at the STAR Institute in Colorado. Many thanks to Robbyn for hearing our story and setting us up with a phenomenal OT.

We have been utilizing the OT services of Kids Can Therapy for the past 8 months and have had an amazing experience! Our son works with OT, Rachael C., and she has been nothing short of a godsend to our son. Rachael C. is professional, diligent, very passionate, and extremely knowledgeable! She genuinely cares about our son and all the kids she services and goes the extra mile to ensure their OT needs are met.
