Kids Can Do, Inc.

Honestly really disappointed with my experience with this company. My child was with them for almost two years, once insurance lapsed (unions fault) payment was demanded shortly after and we decided not to return after paying in full shortly after the demand. Neither therapists ever even reached out again to see how my child was or if we were even coming back. My child has learned more going to a different place two hours a day in the last 6 months than he did going to kids can do 2x a week for almost two years, I asked multiple multiple times at every pick up what I could do at home, barely any resources were given or any direction. I can’t even count on two hands how many times I brought up issues that I wanted direction on how to handle or that could be addressed during play therapy, but I knew they were never addressed because the same thing kept happening and did not get better until we finally went somewhere knew. I knew I should have trusted my gut and went somewhere different sooner. My child is now thriving and speaking in full sentences. Something that should have happened along time ago.

Both of my boys have received therapy at Kids Can Do for different reasons. Everyone there is amazing. The facility is always clean and they have so many different types of equipment to be able to engage every child and provide treatment that’s fun and effective. The therapists are very knowledgeable and great at communicating with parents about how to continue working with the child between sessions. I would recommend KCD for anyone looking for PT, OT, or Speech Therapy for their child.

My son has been going to Kids Can Do for several years now and I can't say enough great things about the therapists there. We've seen several different specialties and all of them have had great patience, kindness and knowledge when dealing with us. I highly recommend them to any friends and family that may need services!

Love love love Kids Can Do. My daughter has been there since she was 3 the girl who they say would never talk not only talks signs and singing. Thank you Erica VonBehren for all your work not just in speech but as feeding therapist. Elly is going to be 10 at the end of the month and never had feeding tube they thought she would. I can't say enough for Kids Can Do they were a game changer for our kids. Thank you all!!!!

Our twin boys attend Kids Can Do to help with their speech, life skills and for sensory processing. They take Speech and Occupational Therapy twice a week. We have seen great improvements.

My child has been at KCD for many many years. Every therapist we have worked with has been amazing. They go above and beyond to help every child they see. I highly recommend Kids Can Do.

Happened many years ago , but definitely worth sharing. My son was ready for a handicap accessible bicycle so Marcie Munger brought in a bike, the company was located in Atlanta, the cost of the bike was $2000.00. Huge mistake very difficult to get him on and off, the straps were difficult to adhere. My son rode the bike about four times. I made a complaint to Marcie and she laughed, and contacted the company in Atlanta they were not willing to correct anything. I made a phone call to a company in St. Charles Illinois that specializes in accessible bicycles, he told me it was the wrong bike for my son, and he should have had a bike lower to the ground. We left Kids Can Do shortly after the purchase of this bike. Beware of them selling expensive bicycles. I didn’t do my research on Marcie, or on the bike company and paid a heavy price.

Kids Can Do has the BEST therapists! We have been going there for two years now and my son has made great gains! I would highly recommend Kids Can Do to other families!
