Kids Being Kids Therapy

My daughter loves it at Kids Being Kids. They are so patient and so kind, even with her going 100mph lol. The owners have always been kind and helpful. I didn't even know they existed until our doctor recommended them close to 2 yrs ago now. Her speech has improved and her OT has given me plenty of stuff to keep in my back pocket to help out at home. They are awesome!

My daughter went for both occupational therapy for about 6 months and speech therapy for 8. The therapists worked so well with my daughter and she improved her speech and fine motor skills immensely. Michael was extremely responsive and helpful when it came time to scheduling appointments and worked with us to find times that would work best for us. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I don’t know where to begin: the whole staff is so supportive and our son loves going here. I had accepted that I may never hear my son string together two words due to his diagnosis. Now, he has been singing whole songs and saying a few phrases, giving commands, and more interested in the world around him. Thank you for giving my child his voice.

Both of my sons had therapy at kids being kids and everyone there is so amazing. My kids learned so quickly and the therapists are so patient and kind. I’d recommend Kids Being Kids to anyone looking for an amazing therapy office with amazing people! I can not thank them enough for how much they have helped my kids!

I can't say enough about KBK. We started in August-September of 2020, in the heart of year 1 of the pandemic, with Occupational and Speech with Holly and Mary. They were incredibly responsible with masks and social distancing. Our son is partially non-verbal with a developmental delay, and we were somewhat late catching it. Therapy in our town did not mesh with us so we came here. Almost immediately we saw results. His speech developed the necessary building blocks to grow braver with his words and he started being more clear about communicating what he wanted. He also started doing things he had once excelled at but had regressed on. Within a few months both Holly and Mary suggested we evaluate our now-4 year old for autism (and they were right). We also added physical therapy with Kim. Unfortunately we had to move for work in July of 2021/this year, but if we could have packed Kim, Holly, and Mary up and dragged them to Florida we would have. Our son James misses them dearly but he has a voice now and is trying new things all the time. He has that voice because of Kids Being Kids, and we cannot repay that debt.

This is a wonderful place that truly cares for your children and helps them overcome any differences or setbacks they may have! They worked wonders helping my child turn off reflexes that should've been shut off naturally. Your child will love them!

My son started here a month ago and I am beyond happy that I choose to send him here. The staff is incredible and they always make you feel comfortable. He absolutely loves it when its his speech therapy day and is already making a big improvement!! Highly recommend this place!

We have had the best experience at KBK! Our son had been receiving services at another facility, but was making zero progress. Lauren and the administrators worked tirelessly to remediate his phonological processing disorder and he was able to test within normal limits in 18 months!
