genuinely awful, I live abroad and I was concerned with how often my uncle was contacting me about the state of the rehabilitation centre and the level of care and attention he received. Apparently his complaints have been brushed off and the the constant negligence he faced turned him into a shell of his former self before my brother admitted him. On top of that when I finally visited we were callously treated by reception staff even though we'd called earlier to inform them we'd be there. There were cobwebs in the corner of one of the rooms and you could practically see the hostile attitude of the staff.

Staff are very friendly and very hardworking. Nurses and CNAs work hard to keep the residents happy. Therapy is amazing to the residents and are extremely involved in their care and motivate the resident to get stronger by the day.

Terrible experience. Staff wasn't amicable at all. This person especially, Layne, was rude and antisocial. Wouldn't communicate with visitors and brushes them off. Smokes in the front, and in front of patients!!! Place was dirty. I do not recommend!

The staff is wonderful and work hard to enrich the lives of each Resident. They are extremely friendly and provide amazing care!

Went to visit my nan one of the staff was smoking in front of her, I felt like I was getting shirked and my nan told us someone called D.O.N jaspreet was purposefully extremely rude to her and had brushed off her concerns about her care plans

If you ever have a family member at this facility whom is in the process of dying don’t expect any sympathy from the Administrator. Not even - is there anything you need ? Can we offer you some water, coffee or even a chair to sit next to your loved one . Having worked at another SNF facility as Director of Soc Services we always made sure to reach out to the families and assisting them with the difficult process of losing a loved one . The Nursing staff are nice but don’t expect anything as I said from Administration. It’s like they look the other way . What an aweful experience to go through.

Great Christmas Eve experience for my daughters surrogate great great grandmother and my daughter. We appreciate the great care Ms Reyes is receiving on your behalf. Thank you, as we wish the staff a special, "MERRY CHRISTMAS"!

The absolute worst place to send your loved ones! My father was sent there for rehabilitation. He received none. He was sent there by the hospital and it was during the pandemic so our visitation was zero. I was finally able to visit thru a window snd was shocked to see that they had shaved his head!!! No explanation just did it. We were finally able to move him to a very nice reputable place where he was cared for with dignity. But the lack of care snd the abuse he indured during his time at Fresno nursing had broken his spirit snd he passed shortly after moving him. I will never forgive this horrible place for abusing my father so badly. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!
