All the staff is friendly and kind. Little to no wait time. Dr. M Kohler is amazing! She is very patient, knowledgeable and personable.

Would anyone elses kid feel uncomfortable when joel would use a "vibrator" on their kid?? Just me and my kid? He always insisted to take my son alone with him and when my son would come back he was always upset after his session. He would tell me he doesnt want to go back to him.

They are very patient with the kids. Son enjoys going there even though it can be challenging for him but he has learned so much.

They offer excellent service. But I would like them to hire more occupational therapists and hunger therapists who provide services after school hours, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and who also provide services on Saturdays. They are a very good team and provide excellent service to my son.

I have a severe profound neural hearing loss and do wear an aid in one ear, I have been going to Carolyn for two decades for my molds or hearing aid needs, she takes very good care of me and helps me in any way she can!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and clinicians here! Everyone is very friendly and understanding, and we have seen our son improve by leaps and bounds over the last year of receiving services.

The audiologist was wonderful with our 2 year old son who was slightly irritable during the testing.

The staff is so nice and knowledgeable! My son loves coming to therapy, I would highly recommend!
