Was just thinking of the wonderful care I recieved from Rob and crew, and specifically of Stephanie the awesome receptionist, and had to see what others had said about their experience. It is so sad that a few whiners can drag a clear five star outfit down given that many satisfied customers don't take the time to review. So many people want good service for free and don't understand the true costs of keeping the lights on. I've been a repeat customer for neck and knee injuries. What is so great about Keystone is that they take a more hands on approach compared to other places I've gone. IMO the massage did as much as the exercises. But that also takes time. I love how you end up being treated as family by the end of rehabilitation and do miss their very reasonably priced "community program" for those who have gone through therapy and want to continue to exercise at their facility. I'm also appreciative that Rob hires those who are great at their jobs, not just those putting time in because they have no other options. To be a good therapist it can't be a plan 'B' or something you do simply for a paycheck.

Worse place to go for a sports injury. Much more professional and knowledgeable physical therapy clinics than this one. They screwed up my injury worse .

Rob, Lori, and Jade provide very professional skills. Receptionist Stephanie is courteous and helpful with insurance questions, etc. Keystone provides a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere that I use the Wellness Care after my therapy was completed.

I needed help with a pain in my forearm so I went to Keystone Care Physical Therapy for help. There I was shown a few simply exercises to do at home, to help with a strain. Dmitriy was the therapist and he was kind and easy to work with. Now I know why insurance cost are so high. When I received my explanation of benefits, I seen where they made charges for the following. $140 for the evaluation $55 for showing what exercises to do $35 for an ultrasound $60 for balance and coordination.......???????? really? It was a strained forearm. After calling, I was told to call the billing dept., who told me to talk to the therapist. He explained the $60 charge was for showing how to do the exercise correctly. I thought when you give an exercise instruction you would show how to do it correctly. With a lot of talk and no satisfaction, I made it clear I was not satisfied and would give an honest review. In the future, if needed I will use and recommend Phoenix Physical Therapy in Watsontown, PA.
