Simone has been an exceptional speech therapist for my son. Her approach is patient, thoughtful, and engaging, creating a comfortable environment that has really supported his progress. She has shown an incredible understanding of his needs and goes above and beyond to make each session productive. We’re grateful for her dedication and positive influence. Highly recommend!

It’s been incredible to watch his progress, and I know that it’s the result of the collective care, dedication, and expertise that you all bring to your work. Especially, Ms. Thao, you are the best therapist in the world. Your support has made such a positive impact on his confidence and communication skills. We’re so grateful for the warm, encouraging environment you’ve created, and for the way you’ve tailored his therapy to meet his individual needs. Please know that your efforts have not gone unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything you do, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful team supporting our son on his journey. My family and I recommend totally this place, they have a wonderful and very professional staff and they create a good environment to help our kids.

I can't say enough nice things about the K2C staff and specifically Ms. Allison Pepper, who was our son's speech therapist. She has been instrumental in our son's speech journey and has always gone out of her way to assist us with questions, providing tools to reinforce what he learnt in class, her willingness to collaborate with other therapy providers, and giving us advice from her extensive experience working with kids with special needs. I believe we absolutely lucked out to have our son matched with Ms. Pepper. The staff themselves were always so kind, accommodating, and professional. We had to part ways due to logistical issues but if that weren't the case, we would go back in a heartbeat.

I would recommend keys to communication! 100/10. my son walked in with 1-to-2-word conversations leading to more frequent meltdowns. He had sessions with Ms. Thao 1X a week. a little over a year my son has full on detailed conversations and behavior wise he has drastically changed for the better being able to communicate his needs and wants. I'm excited to return with my daughter because they are best at what they do! not to mention they are very kind to the children my kids loved them!

I cannot speak more highly of Keys2Communication. My son went there for about a year, and Ms Janet, was absolutely focussed on my son meeting all his goals from day 1. My son had several development milestones delays, speech being #1. Ms Janet was able to get the word "Bubbles" out from him on day 1. We knew he was in the right hands. Our son officially graduated from Keys2Communcation meeting all his speech milestones. Everyone at the center is super friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend this institution.

Bitter sweet that our son has officially graduated from his classes. Mrs. Alissa was an amazing teacher for my son, and thank you Melanie for being such an amazing greeter to everyone who walks into the building. I'm definitely going to miss seeing everyone. Thanks again ❤️❤️

My son stayed here for two and a half years and recently graduated. Many thanks to Ms Thao Nguyen. She was very professional and passionate. Always ready to listen to your concerns and provide suggestions. The front desk assistants were also well trained. They responded quickly to rescheduling and other issues. Had great experience with keys to communication!

My son received speech services here, and he went from only saying 5 words to speaking sentences. Alissa and Patty did an amazing job. I truly recommend coming here for speech services. Every week, it was great to hear our son's progress and things we can do at home to help with his speech. If we had any questions, our questions were answered right away with detail. My son loved going to speech every week, and he looked very happy after being in session. Thank you Keys to Communication!
