Going to see Beth was one of the best decisions I made when it comes to my physical well being. I injured my arm in November and saw a doctor and chiropractor to figure out what happened. Was given a 4 week recovery time and nothing to do to help it other than “don’t move it or lift heavy things” 6 weeks later I still could barely move my arm. After seeing Beth, I was given actual treatment and homework for improving my arms strength and mobility. After seeing her 3 times my arm is finally back to normal! She prioritizes getting you back to fully working condition and back into the world rather than getting you back in her office 2 weeks later. Loved the service, environment, and Beth as a person! 10/10 highly recommend!

Beth came and helped me the day I threw out my back a couple months ago, and has continued to help me rehab during recovery. Her treatment was and still has been invaluable!
