The PT/OT'S are Fantastic! They have great compassion for what they do, and the people they care for The building is very nice The bathrooms are NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE Lori at the front desk is Very unpleasant. She is always gruff, and grumpy. Never friendly. She never smiles. I highly recommend conducting all business you have with/in this office with the brunette that also works at the front desk. She is friendly, kind, always greets with a smile, isn't grumpy, or short. She is very pleasant.

Switched to Kettering from another physical therapy provider. Amazing in one session of needling I felt fantastic, the other place I never got this much pain relief.

Katie has helped me when I'm in alot of pain. I've been in her care for about 4 years now of and on and I would definitely recommend her.

Great friendly staff. My wait time was minimal.
