Stu was very helpful in figuring out my pain and giving me exercises to strengthen and stretch the injured ligaments/joint. I would definitely use him again!!

Stu was caring and knowledgeable when it came to helping me with my knee. He took a personalized approach and helped me understand the source of my knee pain. Once I knew why my knee was hurting, I was able to start the healing process. I highly recommend Stu!

Stu is amazing. I have had multiple issues over the last few years and he is always able to get me back to my workouts quickly. Specifically, Two years ago I strained a muscle in my shoulder and was unable to lift my arm. Stu worked his magic on it and within 15 minutes I could lift my arm again. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I went to see Stu Kershner after being diagnosed with Patella Femoral Syndrome. Before seeing him, walking down stairs caused my knee a lot of pain. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Stu explained the problem and solution clearly and effectively. He was so specific in his instructions when showing me how to do the appropriate exercises, that I left his office confident in my ability to do them correctly and improve my condition. Not only did he teach me the right exercises, but he also did dry needling during the appointment. I could not believe how much better I felt when I left his office. I walked down the stairs without pain. Stu’s knowledge and professionalism are top-notch. High marks all the way around.

Stu is amazing. He diagnosed and addressed a chronic back and hip pain issue I have been dealing with for years. His common sense approach to therapy was a breath of fresh air. I feel much better physically after seeing him. I highly recommend Stu!

Normally, when you think of PT, you think of pain, both physical and financial. That’s not the case with Stu. When I started seeing Stu, I could barely walk due to extreme plantar fasciitis and subsequent knee pain from over compensation. I was also recovering from a dislocated shoulder. Stu efficiently assessed the situation and put together a treatment plan that included training me on how to take care of myself outside of his office. He is not out to make money off of people, he’s there to help each and every person feel better. He’s also funny, witty and does a great job with explanations. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Stu did a great job of assessing my son for back pain and discovered a leg length issue. He provided me with specific information on how to correct it and followed up in email after our appointment. Stu is one of the most knowledgeable and high skilled therapists out there- I would recommend him to any of my family or friends!

You will be in excellent care! I am extremely picky when it comes to finding a physiotherapist and feel very fortunate to have found Stu. As a female runner, I had an ongoing issue that I just couldn't figure out for months. I decided it was worth my sanity and body to have him do a check up - sure enough, through 1 visit, he identified the problem and gave me wonderful prehab exercises to keep me healthy. Stu is intelligent and easy to work with and I highly recommend him!
