Kentfield Outpatient Physical

The physical therapists at Kentfield Outpatient are great but the fees they charge are scandalously high. I had a referral from my doctor, my insurance covered all 3 of my visits, and I paid a $40 co-pay each time, but I was still sent an additional bill. I would have rather paid out of pocket to a provider that doesn't accept insurance but tells you their fees up front. This is a bait and switch and honestly feels like an insurance scam. Charging nearly $500 per visit for >1 hour of physical therapy is outrageous.
