I was a patient at Kentfield for almost 3 months and I had the best experience! The Nursing staff was amazing! They were very friendly especially Jason, Gazelle, Stephanie, Mike, Danielle and Islam. The CNA'S are outstanding!! They took such good care of me (You know who you are and what you meant to my healing)❤️The other staff members were great too! They were very approachable with my needs and concerns. Charlene Anicete my MSW went beyond what I feel most people in her position would have to find my next place. To the best Physical Therapy department and especially Kelsey and Juana!! They were so instrumental in my recovery! 🫶 And last but not least Tatiana in Occupational Therapy was equally important to my recovery. I am so thankful and appreciative for my experience!!!!

The staff on 6th floor gave me a good feeling when I walked in there. I had to get a ride to San Francisco and was stuck in traffic 😞🥺 But they were all very understanding and kind enough to let me see my granddaughter ♥️ again today I went in to see my granddaughter and i met some of the staff and Jack the respiratory therapist And they were all very helpful and informative . Warm Sincere caring Team Absolutely 💯

My brother rehab in this hospital for 2 and half months. He wasnt take care of properly. Every time i see him hes so unclean, he had sleep around both his whole eyes. He always have red eyes. His mouth clumps of dead tissue on this tongue. Nurses dont even care so suction out. Im always having to tell them to do so and i only visit on the weekends. He passed away last night. They dont know how his heart couldve stopped. And the most important part, they forgot to let us know this happened. They never notified us. The Marin hospital they transferred him to had to call us and let us know he had passed. It was the saddest day of my life. This should be investigated.

Thank every God, and every entity that exists for Kentfield and their phenomenal staff! It feels as if we've won the lottery having witnessed the level of care they devotedly give to my mother daily! We have had a crash course on learning the difference from those who believe the oath they take when practicing medicine, and those who's oath is only to serve themselves or the capitalistic system we live in! It's been utterly heart breaking to see this woman, my mother, who means so much to my sister and I be treated worse than feces that's been scraped off your shoe, and the negligence she's suffered has had such devastating consequences that have left her, literally unable to ever walk again! Kentfields staff go above and beyond in every way possible. They have restored my faith in the medical field. My mother is finally receiving the care she's so desperately needed for the past three months. I've never seen a team work so diligently to ensure their patients recover well, and they truly value the relationships they build with the patients too! I'm in shock and awe of them. One of my mom's first nurses was having a particularly difficult time hearing and understanding mom due to the trach she now has. So this nurse gave mom pen and paper to communicate and also made a chart of frequently asked questions and phrases most patients use regularly so she could point to what she needs and he could be sure of how hes caring for her......a real chart, can you believe that? Understanding mom and being able to communicate with her is that important to him. I'm still amazed by that. We're so grateful our mom is there, and really don't know how you repay people like this? The level of care they demonstrate is unlike no other I've ever seen, and will be missed when mom has to leave. If I could give more stars I would!

I visited with a doctor friend and they were complementary about how clean and organized this hospital is. The nurses and doctors are friendly, helpful and happy to take time to communicate.

My 18 year old son with cerebral palsy stayed 63 days to recover from severe pneumonia! We never saw the pneumologists these days he stayed! Staff totally unprepared to assist people with special needs! They even discharged my son and forgot to remove the venous access!!!! Just a very good caretaker!!! The Doctor. Excellent Frankman! But the rest of the team is very bad and barely resistant!

My brother was sent here for recovery and we did not feel safe with him being here by himself. The nurses were the worst and did not care at all. They would not pay attention to him and he would call us in the middle of the night with his cellphone and we could hear nobody would go when he would call or take about 40 minutes to get there. He once took out his trach tube accidentally and if it weren’t for the cleaning crew that went in to pick up garbage, he could’ve died because NOBODY went to check on him. The first day we went to visit, he was so dirty. He had sticky spots all over his body from not being clean for a long time. They would leave him dirty when he would have a bowel movement for hours. The only good nurse that ACTUALLY cared was Silvia. She would be running up and down and doing everyone’s job because she actually cared about patients. The physical therapists, like Mike, and the doctors who went in to check on his trach tube were very nice. Besides that.. this is a TERRIBLE place to bring a loved one. Please do them a favor and don’t bring them here!

I would give 0 if I could but i will say the doctor was good how ever everything else was terrible. After having a brain aneurysm I was sent here for recovery. The staff barely paid attention to me I fell over twice. One nurse named Dan would yell at me all the time just for spilling water. I would tell them I couldn't eat something because it was making me sick. They forced me too eat and then I got yelled at for throwing up. The counselor lady accused me of fabricating stories. This was 2020 so about 2 years ago but I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. When I left the doctor asked for a review this is what I told him he did apologize to me and said we are very understaffed but thats no excuse. Also I had a nurse her name was Destiny she was great and actually seemed too care.
