Kendall Hand and Physical Therapy

This place is amazing! My husband, my son, and now myself have all been extremely satisfied patience of Kendall Hand and Physical Therapy. They helped my son recover from osteochondritis of the knee and surgery; they helped my husband regain use of his hand after a table saw accident and consequent knuckle replacement; finally, they helped me after breaking my ankle. The three of us received compassionate and knowledgeable care. They worked us hard and got us back functioning and able. They didn't give up on us, and they wouldn't let us give up on ourselves. If you ever have the need for physical and occupational therapy, this is the place! Thank you to all of the employees for always making us feel special and making us work to our potential and recover to our maximum!

KHPT, located on the ground floor, is a magnificent establishment and I highly recommend them. The personnel are positive & caring, even those at the front desk when you enter their spacious location. They really are remarkable, truly caring , positive and hardworking people. Tho I didn't need hand therapy, that area always looked very calming and caring as well. The entire location is refreshingly clean, well organized and inviting. Special thank you especially to P.T. Monique, P.T. Elias, P.T. Aaron, assistants Henry, Charles, front desk personnel Yasmin and Elizabeth. I thank you all sincerely for helping to give me my health back, as well as improving my posture! :)

First let me say that Kendall Hand & Physical Therapy is the best. I began this journey by cutting the tendon on top of my hand and had surgery. After being in a hand splint for 2 weeks, I was referred to Kendall Hand & Physical Therapy(KHPT) by a friend. I met Jim Jackson at KHPT and after speaking with him for 2 minutes I knew that this was the place. Jim has been doing this for over 30 years and is very well known in the medical field. KHPT treats you like a friend/family rather than a patient. During this stressful and emotional time of not knowing if my hand would ever be normal again, Jim and his team are always there to comfort you. I have currently been going to KHPT for 3 weeks and I can say I never thought I would be typing this review with the use of both hands this early in my recovery. Every session is always a great time from the conversations with Jim and his staff, to Jim's choice of music in the background. His lovely staff is always there for you and continuously put your needs first before their own. Jess who is another Physical therapist & a previous student of Jim's, is just as equally friendly as she is a great Therapist. I cannot express how amazing Jim, Jess and his staff are. Jim, and Jess are extremely dedicated and truly care for their patients. I look forward to continuing my therapy at KHPT.

You won’t find a better place than Kendall Hand and Physical Therapy with a great all around staff who are knowledgeable and care about their patients! Monique is the best at what she does and helped me recover from an Achilles injury at a rapid rate! 10/10 would recommend.

A very unprofessional physical therapy establishment. It's basically ran by a Gen Z staff that begin with you and then they end up laughing and engaging in conversations in a back room while you wonder when they will be back for you. The staff constantly gives you miss information and aren't on the same page with each other. I had 18 sessions and they discharged me on my 16th sessions for unknown reason which was never officially disclosed to me. If you are on a workmen compensation case avoid this place because they put cartoon movies all day and the staff rather talk about the animation movie then care for you.

This is hands down, the best physical therapy office I’ve been to. After 3 knee surgeries, I’ve had many different therapists, including Aaron, Armando, Anna, and Jordan. Each therapist has been patient, knowledgeable, and able to bring humor into a really hard process. I will forever be thankful for KHPT and their amazing staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Kendall Hand and Physical Therapy. Jim Jackson is my therapist, and his expertise and dedication have guided me through significant progress with each visit. His assistants are friendly and supportive, and the whole therapy session creates a positive result. The front office staff is always kind and efficient in accommodating each of my needs with scheduling. A plus to the therapy is how Jim creates a friendly and funny atmosphere with all the fellow patients, adding to the enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking effective therapy and a supportive environment.

I was so impressed how the entire OT staff at this wonderful therapy clinic provided such personalized and high quality care to all their patients when I was receiving treatment there. They genuinely care about helping each & every patient to recover as much as they possibly can. But what makes them so unique is how they make every person that comes in the door feel important, valued and cared about. They make therapy fun and create a "home" where everyone supports everyone else in their recovery. And I'm happy to say their treatment got me back to normal in record time. I highly recommend Kendall Hand & Physical Therapy!!
